The stay was perfect for a work trip with a colleague. Seamless experience. Could walk to a few good restaurants. Host was awesome.

Good location in walking distance to a number of restaurants and bars. Functional space which served our purpose.

This unit was the perfect size for two people with plenty of off street parking. The location was close to everything we needed. Even though it's on a busy street it's behind the main house and very quiet.

Liz as a host was very helpful! I had a last minute lodging cancellation that led me to need to book her unit the same day at very short notice. For a fee, Liz was able to get me in which made my day so much easier! She was very responsive and friendly. The unit itself was very nice; nestled within a home that seemingly had 2 other units. Although smoking was prohibited; there was a lingering aroma of an herby substance, which for me, was not necessarily a problem. Later in the evening noise did pick up, but, I checked out at around 3 AM so it didn’t have the chance to bother me too much. The listing was very spot on, cozy and home like. Would recommend!

Matthew actually was my fav host! He was responsive, he suggested things, he was overall a nice guy which made it so much more comfortable being there! The place was wonderful and beautiful and I’d booked again!

Really happy with my stay in the F Apartments. Every single detail there has been thought to cover any need you might have, and you can see from the first minute that the hosts have taken care of you even before the arrival; the decoration, the cleaning, the comfort ... Everything has been perfect. And when it has not ( been there for 3 weeks), Luis and Rob have been super quick and have had an exquisite attention. I was super confident on them and both Robert and Luis have shown to be extremely kind hosts.

If you're looking for a nice, clean, and comfortable apartment in an old building, this is the place. The apartment is bright with lots of natural light and has some nice modern features (a full, new kitchen, renovated bathroom) and also has some things that you will typically find in an older building (single pane windows, nice built-in cabinetry, etc.). Midtown is a lively area with plenty to do and is great for walking.

This stay was great. The house is amazing. The hosts are amazing with communication. Check in was great, booking was great. Definitely added to our favorite list for Airbnb, we will definitely stay here again if ever back in Sacramento. Close to downtown but far enough away as well. Everything was great about this stay!

It was a great location for our trip.

Great place to stay! plenty to do and literally a 5min walk over the bridge to old town. If you are from out of town it is great place to check out old town shops and we even played mini-golf. The unit itself was very nice and just like the photos. The amenities are also amazing. Our host was super responsive and accommodating. I will be looking to staying here again.

My 11 year old and I stayed here for 1 week while we were in town for a wedding. I had lived in the natomas area and was familiar with the area. The apartment was within a complex and was a nice size for us. The good, washer and dryer, full kitchen lots of restaurants and shopping and freeway nearby. 2 tvs and fast internet. Apartment was clean. Lots of towels and kitchen had dishes to cook with. Price was fair for what we received. Also communication was excellent. The not so good, because the weather was poorly (springtime) the bedroom ran cold or hot and no real extra blankets when it ran cold and I would have liked a fan for when it ran hot. (But that is a personal preference) The covered parking spot was not easy to get into (an end spot) so we parked a little ways away in an uncovered spot. (Also, not a huge deal) Overall, the unit was good. It was nice to have a kitchen and laundry. And it was more comfortable for us than a hotel.

I rented this apartment and was very satisfied. The apartment matches the description, it is clean and cozy. The neighborhood is quiet, with shops nearby. The landlord, Yuri, was polite and always responded quickly to requests. I highly recommend it!

Such a great location! We loved having the close-in downtown location with an easy walk to Old Town Sacramento! The secured garage parking gave us peace of mind, and the condo was very cozy. We didn’t utilize the pool and spa during our stay, but it looked pretty amazing. Wish we had more time to spend there!

We stayed here for almost a month while we did a trial in downtown Sacramento. The location is great: quick, easy route to downtown and just a block away from the shipping mall and several good restaurants. The apartment is comfortable with all amenities. Traci was very easy to work with and was responsive to my emails. There is also a designated covered parking place for the unit.

The rental was in a very trendy, high end building in an absolute perfect location. Hilario’s description of how to check in and out was very detailed with pictures and easy to follow. The unit was impeccably designed, clean and very functional for my stay. I will looking to stay here every time I’m in downtown Sacramento. Such a better value than all the hotels and other rentals in the area I considered. 5 stars across the board.

This was a wonderful location. We walked to several restaurants, shops and sat by the fire. We would absolutely recommend Dawn & Dans place. We hope to return soon to the area and hope to stay here again. The 2bedroom 1bath is much larger than expected. The shower, beds and kitchen are well stocked and comfortable. We couldn’t have asked for a nicer place to call home for the 3 nights we stayed in Auburn. Thank you.

Charming stay, with all the ameneties I needed for a week stay. Bed was very comfortable, kitchen was stocked with the essentials, and the private single car parking garage attached to the unit was very convenient! The Airbnb is a nice private stay in a beautifu,l quiet neighborhood and very walkable to parks, restaurants and cute coffee shops. Tiffany was very responsive to all my questions and needs, and check-in was self serve and easy to find.

It’s just a short walk from downtown’s best restaurants, bars, and attractions like the California State Capitol and the Sacramento Kings’ Golden 1 Center. The neighborhood is safe, lively, and offers a lot to explore.Communication with the host was seamless—quick responses and great recommendations for things to do in the area. The amenities were top-notch, and the place was spotlessly clean upon arrival. Overall, this Airbnb exceeded my expectations, and I’ll definitely be staying here again next time I’m in Sacramento!

Bobby's place was great. The neighborhood was in a great location to get to the baseball stadium and downtown as well. It also had easy access to the freeways but did you couldn't tell from the neighborhood because it was quiet there. The place was well taken care of and felt like home. it had all the amenities needed for a great vacation. The place was clean upon arrival and was updated nicely. Bobby initiated extremely good communication and was available throughout our stay in case anything came up. We felt welcomed and appreciated while we were there. We would definitely stay there again!

Great place in the heart of Sacramento, close to everything walking distance and easy Uber ride if walking is not your thing l. Check in was easy, place very cleasln and the host very responsive. We got an easy parking for out rental car since it was the weekend. Would stay here again for sure.
