Flat in an old farmhouse

We turned an old stable into an apartment. We tried to preserve the atmosphere of the place. The flat is located in the courtyard of a renovated old farm where we are living ourselves (parents and 2 children). The area is called the Wagram, 3 km away from the Danube and around 50 km away from the center of Vienna. Animals are also part of the family; one cat and a chicken with whom you are welcome to interact. However, they are not allowed in the flat :-)

38 bright and cozy square meters with private entrance, protected garden area, sauna, table tennis, hiking in the Gänsgraben to Heidenstatt ... Bicycles for the Heurigen ride, boats for river and lake and are available from us free of charge. And Josephsbrot, the really good bakery with a cafe is in the village! Susanne is a youth coach. The apartment is on the second floor of our apartment building in the Weinviertel and can be used in whole or in part. Here you will find a separate bedroom and a very spacious kitchen-living room with another bedroom and balcony. 1 guest parking space is available. Our house is 3 km from the nearest train station. Vienna is 50 km away. Guests from all countries are welcome!

Located in an idyllic cellar lane, but only 5 minutes' walk from the train station, is this unique accommodation. The garden consists of several levels and is beautifully integrated into the cellar alley. It is a particularly quiet location, as a forest begins behind the house and the cellar lane is hardly used.
