The flat is in Ponitz, close to Renaissanceschloss Ponitz. You'll find a flat of three rooms in a historic mill house. You may use for 2, 3 or 4 persons. In the living room is a two-bedded gallery and if needed, we add a bed for three. Downstairs is a bed for the fourth person. Bed for smaller and smallest kids is available. The kitchen is well-equipped but there is no baking oven (only stove) and no TV (but WiFi). You'll find bathroom with shower, hairdryer and towels. Parking lot is available.

We rent our renovated attic apartment (2 floors) on outskirts of Stadtroda in a very quiet location. Access to the apartment is via a separate staircase. I offer a holiday apartment in the center of Saalfeld. The apartment is equipped with everything (except salt, pepper and oil) and has separate access. Everything worth seeing in Saalfeld can be reached on foot and there is free parking behind the house. Opposite is another (1 room) apartment that I also rent through Airbnb. When booking the property for tourist activities, a tourist tax will be due. The parking is camera monitored.
