This house is a project that began in 2005 and was completed in 2018. It was carried out in several periods but is now a project that has come to fruition. I am in love with Balearic architecture and this house is a sample of the traditional Mallorcan peasant house. It is decorated with antique furniture acquired in second-hand markets and some from my family. It is a house with lots of light, cozy where one feels well-being and peace in the middle of nature.

Ca Na Xidoia is decorated in a rustic style, with attention to detail in every corner. The ceilings are high with wooden beams, an open concept, a loft with an open kitchen and a mezzanine room with a low height, and a steep staircase. Its style has a lot of character but at the same time it has all the modern comforts, to enjoy a wonderful vacation. It has a Balinese bed, private pool, free WiFi, air conditioning, and heating. The location is perfect for cyclists, wine lovers and just 30 minutes from Palma and the best beaches.

Traditional house. "Son Calderó"

TRADITION, NATURE AND PEACE. It is a Mallorcan farmhouse over 250 years old. Restored with a lot of love and above all respecting its original essence. It is part of a small village called "Son Calderó" consisting of 6 houses, located in a rural area of Felanitx. "Son Valls". It's an ideal place for people who love nature, animals and want to learn a little more about Mallorcan tradition and culture.

Nice little house providing all comforts with a beautiful view of Sóller. It has a garden and a swimming pool. A large terrace. Very well equipped kitchen. Everything you need to have a wonderful vacation or unwind. Due to the local Balearic Islands taxes, the ecotax should be payed directly ( for 2025 it is 2 euros/ person/day ( for over 16 years old only) + 10% VAT.

We are a couple that live in the countryside, and that we like the contact with nature. We offer this for our house, in which to enjoy a few days of vacation in this environment. Ideal to disconnect from everyday life. We also offer a nice fireplace for the nostalgic of the cold, and we make available firewood for its use.
