El apartamento puede estar en el 1º, 2º o 3er piso. Tiene capacidad para cuatro personas, dos habitaciones dobles, 2 baños en suite y salon comedor con cocina y balcón. En salón comedor amplio sofá, SmartTV Samsung 50 pulgadas con canales internacionales, Spotify, Netflix, etc. Mesa y sillas de diseño para cuatro comensales, espacio para almacenaje y pequeño balcón. La cocina es de diseño, hecha a medida con encimera de piedra sinterizada y electrodomésticos integrados, horno microondas, placa inducción, nevera, congelador, lavavajillas, pequeño electrodoméstico (cafetera de cápsulas, tostadora, exprimidor, hervidor), menaje completo de cocina. - Una limpieza por semana de estancia. - Wifi de alta velocidad gratuito en toda la vivienda. - Netflix gratis en televisión del salón. - Ropa de cama, menaje... de gran calidad. Pero estoy disponible si me necesitan. En caso de solicitarlo se podrán hacer más limpiezas o cambios de ropa blanca que tendrán un coste adicional. Maximum Capacity 2 adults and 2 kids under 15. MARsuites 2 has been designed and decorated with a cozy taste to offer comfortable place to stay. MARsuites 2 is located at the second floor of MARsuites building. It has a stylish entrance that leads you to the open plan kitchen. The kitchen is full-equipped (washer-dryer, dishwasher, toaster, squeezer, microwave, boiler, coffee machine...) and it is open to the living room. It has also a high table and chairs. The living room is bright and spacious. It has a little balcony and window to enjoy the views. There is also a reading area with a rocking chair, a comfortable Italian designed sofa-bed (160cmx200cm) only available for kids under 15 years old and a dinning area. The tv is a Samsung Smart TV with satellite channels. There is a private fresh and clean bathroom with a shower, also a hair-dryer. The master bed room looks to the back street. It has a large window and a normal window. The bed is double sized (180cmx200cm) and there is a drawer cabinet and a clothes rack. All windows are new so they are perfectly isolated to avoid possible noise from the street. There is a travel cot and a high chair available upon requests. It has a little balcony from where you will enjoy amazing views over the Palace and Cathedral. Views: The location in one of the widest streets in Old Town, allows our guests to enjoy privilege views over Almudaina Royal Palace and the top Cathedral providing brightness to all of our apartments.

You dont need a car if you dont want to rent one. Really nice restaurants and beaches in the near. We have a room outside the house where you can leave your luggage in case you have an early flight on arrival or a late fight on departure.
