Fantastic location for nature lovers in the Unesco heritage site of the Tramuntana mountains! We're on one of the main cycling routes to Sa Calobra as well as the gentler cycleways to Pollenca and Alaro. There are many famous hiking trails in the vicinity too with stunning views across the island. We're located in a lovely, friendly village with local shops and four wonderful restaurants. There are many stunning beaches to choose from, from just 30 minutes to the east of the villa.

The house is located in the old town of Sa Pobla , is next to the church, 2 minutes from the main square where there are very good restaurants. It is a 17th century house, which we have renovated respecting its original architecture but adapting it to modern comforts. It has air conditioning throughout the house, a fabulous swimming pool, a very traditional kitchen but at the same time with all its modern equipment, a large barbecue with an outdoor kitchen and a wood-burning oven.

Es Serval es nuestra villa familiar situada en lo alto de una loma de Son Fé con inmejorables vistas a la Serra de Tramuntana, a 5 minutos en coche de la playa y el pueblo de Alcudia. Hace 30 años la adquirimos y reformamos una antigua caseta de aperos. Desde entonces hemos ido realizando mejoras y hoy en día en una cómoda villa apta para el alquiler vacacional con el encanto de que la hemos ido haciendo nosotros mismos poco a poco y con cariño.
