  • Definitely 5/5 stars. This is one of the best yet cheapest accomodations I've ever stayed in. It has about everything anyone could ask for: it is spacious, warm (as you (the guest) turn the room temperature based on the comfort), clean and Mosiah is a lovely person. There is a lot of comfort in the room: a nice kitchen, bathroom and a super modern living in which we spent a lot of time watching Netflix and stuff. The roof where the apartment is situated doesn't look promising, but you'll radically change your impression once you step into the house. I love it. Now there's a little negative fact: the distance to the center of London, but there's the Swanley - London Victoria train which gets you to the center of London super fast despite the distance. The prices are about 9£ a full ticket (outward + return), but in a group of at least 3 persons you can reduce that to 7.25£ full ticket (outward + return) per passenger, and that is reasonable. My conclusion: don't leave this Airbnb page without reserving!

    Our garden summer house has been comfortably furnished with a bright and cosy interior. It comfortably sleeps 4 people on two sofa beds (the beds have pocket sprung mattresses for extra comfort). The house has an ensuite shower room. We are perfectly located for Brands Hatch (10 min drive) and Bluewater shopping centre (10 min drive).
    Open plan living with small kitchen area comprising fridge, dishwasher, microwave, Nespresso machine, kettle, toaster and small induction hob. Two very comfortable double sofa beds, 60" television with Netflix. Ensuite shower, toilet and sink. Sitting in a beautiful orchard. Please note that regrettably, for health and safety reasons, the HOT TUB NEXT TO THE HOUSE IS NOT FOR GUESTS’ USE. STRICTLY NO PARTIES OR EVENTS. No more than 4 guests permitted to stay, no additional visitors allowed during any stay.
    Swanley Village is a small village 2 miles to the north east of Swanley in the Sevenoaks District of Kent, England. There are lovely walks from the village and the village also has a beautiful church and 2 local pubs. The village is ideally situated for visiting Brands Hatch, Bluewater and various towns in Kent.

  • Was up for race weekend at Brands Hatch. It’s a 5min drive time to the circuit. Going to rename this place the Soho Farmhouse of Kent. Completely beat my expectations. Lovely hosts who cannot do enough for you. David very kindly baked me a fresh loaf of bread in the morning delivered to my door with Jam etc The lodge is lovely and set in a beautiful location. Even when it’s raining it’s a nice place to be. Cute village as well with two pubs. If your a runner then lots of lanes to run on ,just be aware they are quite small lanes road size wise and don’t all have pavements. Already recommended to some friends. Will definitely use again.

    Private very clean rooms with own bathroom in lovely Victorian House in quiet cul-de-sac in Swanley. 30 train minutes to Central London. Within 10 miles from Bluewater or Brands Hatch. We also speak German and Dutch. 3 bedrooms, 5 visitors maximum.
    You have your own room with private bathroom and a sitting room for your use to watch TV or work on your laptop. Two private very clean rooms (plus an extra 3rd small single bedroom if needed) with own bathroom in lovely Victorian House in quiet cul-de-sac, 15 minutes walk from station. 30 minutes into Central London. 15 minutes to Bluewater, 15 minutes to Brands Hatch. We also speak German, Dutch and a little French. Perfect location for Brands Hatch - biker friendly.
    B&B is situated in a lovely Victorian House in a quiet cul-de-sac adjacent the peaceful Swanley Park and boating lake. 15 minutes walk from Swanley station. 30 minutes into central London by train or car, 15 minutes to Bluewater, 15 minutes to Brands Hatch.

    We recently joined air bnb and we have great 2 double bedroom, 1 is ensuite and one with own private bathroom. Rooms are rented out separately, ideal location and very close to local amenities, Swanley train station about 10 mins walk with frequent trains to London Victoria
    The rooms are fully equipped with new furnitures. The kitchen is fully equipped and we provide off road parking for 1-2 vehicles.

  • We stayed at Laxmi's place for three nights for a motor racing event at Brands Hatch. Quick communication, perfect hospitality, very clean and just great for what we needed. Her husband gave us all the information to reach the racetrack, taxi numbers etc. We had to leave very early in the middle of the night to catch a plane and I didn't have the chance to say hi and thanks. Will come back if around.

  • This is a perfect place to stay if you're visiting the Brands Hatch motor racing circuit, its only a 10 minute drive. The room is good, with an en-suite shower, and the kitchen is available to make a cup of tea. There isn't much in the way of local food outlets, although I can recommend the local Indian restaurant Namaste which is a 5 - 10 minute walk away.

    Light spacious self contained tiny house with king size bed (that can be turned into two single beds) it’s own seating area, that can also be used as a sofa bed for a third adult (or two younger guests making it available for families of 4 travelling with children for a few days) 24 hour Asda just 3 mins walk and only 27 mins to Central London by train. Brands Hatch is only 10 minutes drive from us and we have Netflix and WiFi included for our guests.
    Our tiny home is located in our garden and guests have access to the lower level of our town house. It’s situated in a small town in Kent and there are lots of parks and places to visit nearby. There are also several restaurants and shops within a 5 minute walk from our home. We share our home with a little dog who is extremely friendly (and lazy).
    We have a large Asda store, And other food stores all within walking distance from our home which is very close to our town centre but located perfectly in a quiet close. The train station is about an 8 minute walk away and take you either down into Kent or firstly into London. (Victoria or Blackfriars). Bromley South is only 2 stops away and has a very large high street and mall for shopping. Bluewater shopping centre can be reached by car in 10 mins, or the local buses (3 mins walk from our home) can take you there to

  • My experience at Nikki's was much better than anticipated. I was originally a little concerned about having to go in the house to use the bathroom and kitchen but to my surprise this was effortless and I always felt welcomed. This location is perfect walking distance to the train station, restaurants and shopping. The host is very nice and I felt at home there. If you want an economical place to stay that is clean and comfortable stay here. Nikki will treat you with great respect and kindness. I will be back.

    Our room is in a friendly and quiet area, St Mary Cray, Orpington. We really like St Mary Cray as it gives a rural feeling in the busy city. It also has great and easy connection to central London main train stations. The double room has a double bed, chest of draws, desk with chair and some built in cupboard. It's ideal for 1 or 2 people. Over the years we have hosted people from all around the world. We leave you to your business but also happy to have some conversions if that is welcomed.
    Flat is clean and has shared kitchen (with all appliances,washing machine, fridge, freezer, microwave, kettle, dishes and cuttleries are available to use) and 4 piece bathroom. Room is with double bed, chester draw and a nice desk. Please note bedsheet, towel and European plugs are provided. Easy transport: From St Mary Cray Station (3 mins by Bus R6 from in front of the house): 25 mins London Victoria Station, 40 Mins St Pancras International, also get to Bromley South, Elephant & Castle, Blackfriars, City Thameslink, Farringdon, Ashford International, Luton Airport and Bedford. From Orpington (15 mins by Bus R6 from in front of the house): Waterloo East (21 mins), London Bridge (16 mins), Charing Cross and Cannon Street. Free car park in the front. Smokers no problem however no smoking inside the flat. Please note I have a cat in residence, so if you have cat hair allergy I am afraid my place is not for you. Availability: Throughout the year depending on bookings Breakfast/dinner: on request, £5 extra for each meal per person. Trips: We also offer guided trips to inside and outside of London. Prices suits individual requests and what our customers would like to see. For outside of London we take you by car and show you around the area you wish to see. We are able to take up to 3 people in our car. For London trips and sightseeing tours we use public transport and support you with your personal tourist guide.     Beautiful detached house located in residential area . My place is close to many buses including nighbuses, eateries, cafes, restaurants, fast food, Tesco, Lidl, Morrissons, shop centre and much more. My place is good for couples, solo adventures and business travellers. This is a very quiet flat and the owners work and live there. We are in 20 mn with the bus from Le Rose Bruford College of Theatre and Performance. It's a dramatic art school in the United Kingdom.
    This accommodation is conviviable. We offer a variety of service. You can use tea at will and coffee. Its location is attractive as you find yourself in a chic and quiet neighborhood. It is clean and you will feel at home. During the winter it is heated. I am an available and helpful person. In addition, you have a free spacious parking to park your car. Breakfast is offered. We offer coffee, tea, orange juice, biscuits, tosts, eggs. However, we do not make breakfast, it is self service. When you arrive, take care to stop 10 minutes to show you how the house works. In case you have difficulties, we are here to help you. We'll be glad you feel at home. e offer a variety for breakfast. Besides, the smile is free and natural.
    We are located at Foots Cray, a Sidcup area with excellent public transport links with local buses less than 1 minute walk away. We are very close to the local supermarkets (Lidl's and Tesco) and there is also free parking on the street all day long. We find ourselves about 1.5 miles from Sidcup station, with 4 trains per hour bound for London. You can visit Sidcup High Street by walking or with a short journey by common transport 1/2 Mile. You have many restaurants, Chinese, Indian, European. You can easily make morning hikes.Sidcup borders Blackfen to the north, Albany Park to the north east and east, Foots Cray to the south east, Chislehurst to the south and south west, New Eltham to the west and Avery Hill to the north west. Sidcup has a mixture of large Victorian and Edwardian properties alongside typical . It retains many parks and open spaces hinting at the great estates and large homes which once stood in the area. The town contains Queen Mary's Hospital, a large Leisure Centre, four colleges and three secondary schools. Sidcup High Street is the main retail and commercial street, and there are some other shops and local businesses on the adjacent Station Road.

Occasionally, we would eat together with the host - lovely cuisine de Meava:) I was offered breakfasts, practically anything in the house or the objects like charger, locker and so on. Very helpful. Also, in some difficult situations, we talked and solved problems together. I was given some lessons of life.     A sunny double room with a single bed and a desk which can be exchanged for another bed if there are 2 people in the party. This quiet and safe location is a 35 minute train journey from central London. A town rather than a suburb.
    One single bed + one pull out bed in a south facing double room with use of a recently modernised Mediterranean style bathroom during your stay. In the room there is a wardrobe, chest of drawers, a desk for your laptop. Guests have tea/coffee/chocolate making facilities but we welcome you into our lounge for tea and a chat if you want. Our 30 year old house is in a quiet close one kilometre from Sidcup railway station running 4 trains per hour into London. We are the same distance away from the High street which boasts lots of restaurants, mainly Chinese, Indian, European. Otherwise it is a normal high street with a Morrison's supermarket and Iceland. Near to the railway station is another collection of shops including a Co-op and a Tesco Metro. Breakfast is optional but again I like it to be booked the evening before. I don't mind guests cooking their own evening meal/sharing my fridge if I know in advance. Use of the washing machine is an extra cost. Local attractions include properties built in the Arts and Crafts era and Eltham Palace belonging to English Heritage. We are a half hour bus ride away from Greenwich where you can see the fastest and only surviving tea clipper in the world; spend a day in the most magnificent parkland and visit the Royal Observatory. Greenwich is a place of culture, history and magnificent views. It is not to be missed. Some of the attractions are free as is the observatory; some have to be aid for such as the Cutty Sark and the planetarium and some have to be booked in advance for instance the Werner collection in the Ranger's house. We love helping people to find their way around our district. I have a few leaflets for the area and guide books for London. Sidcup is in travel Zone 5 and 12 miles outside Charing Cross. To keep the traffic flowing well Transport for London like you to purchase an Oyster card (deposit needed) - and it's cheaper than paying with money. This can be charged with GBP at a train/tube station or over the internet ((URL HIDDEN) and then you just swipe it on all trains, tubes, buses and trams all day and it won't take more than the travel card price of £10.50 per day. We have frequent buses to nearby towns and the train takes 35 minutes into the West End. We border on Kent with lovely walks and interesting towns not far away. What more could a person want? If you would like to join us for dinner that can be arranged. I like cooking and my price is reasonable at £5 per head for 2 courses plain or £7 including wine.
    Our house is in a quiet close but in part of greater London. There is a park nearby. Sidcup High Street and near the railway station has many restaurants of varying quality and prices.

This homely chalet is exceptionally well designed and is within a quiet residence surrounded by woodland with off-road parking. The local walks are invigorating and at the right time of year, you can pick wild cherries, plums and blackberries during your ramble. There is a local Co-op supermarket within a short walk and many local quality restaurants who offer a delivery service. We find the birdsong in the garden quite delight.

This accessible location is a 30 minute train journey from central London with excellent bus connections to the local station and other parts of South East London. The beautiful Foots Cray Meadows and river Cray is also a very short walk away.
    One double bed in a fresh and recently modernised bedroom in a shared house. In the room there is a wardrobe, shelves, tea and coffee making facilities, a desk for your laptop and toiletries and towels provided. My house is in Foots Cray, an area of Sidcup with excellent public transport links with local busses less than 1 minute walk away. We are very close to local supermarkets (Lidl's and Tesco) and there is also free parking on the street all day. My house is approximately 1.5 miles from Sidcup railway station running 4 trains per hour into London. Sidcup High street is a 1/2 mile walk or a short bus ride away which boasts lots of restaurants, mainly Chinese, Indian, European. Breakfast is provided and in the kitchen I have a cupboard of cereals, toast etc available exclusively for AirBnB guests. In the room there is also a tassimo coffee machine, a kettle and mugs. I cannot guarantee that I will be around in the morning to serve you breakfast as I may be at work, but I will make sure you know where things are to help yourselves. Let me know if there is anything specific you would like and I can try and have it available. Please make yourselves at home and feel free to use my kitchen and lounge. I also have one other lodger who lives in my home too. Sidcup is a town in the suburbs of South East London and it is easy to access Central London, Greenwich and the O2 Arena. Kent is also very accessible by car and train. Bluewater Shopping Centre just a 20 minute drive away and my house is only 10 minutes drive from the M25. You are welcome to use the kitchen facilities and watch TV in the lounge. Use of the washing machine is available but at an extra cost.
    My home is on a housing estate in an area of Sidcup called Foots Cray. The area is friendly and safe and there is a view of the communal garden and trees from the window. It has great transport links, and is near a main road. So although there can be some noise from traffic, it is a very short walk from the local bus stop which would take you to Sidcup train station (for central London), Sidcup High St, Bromley, Orpington, Woolwich and Bexleyheath. There is a beautiful park very close by called Foots Cray Meadows which is less than 5 mins by foot. This is ideal if you would like a nice walk by the river or a morning run.

    Picture postcard 16th century Tudor cottage situated next to the river Darent with views of the ford and the church. Surrounded by beautiful countryside yet walking distance to the station and just 30 minutes to London. No WiFi but good 4g coverage.

The house is full of character. A 500 year old listed building so please expect a quirky environment in keeping with its age. The charming ceilings are low, the second flight of stairs are narrow and a little steep and some of the original floors are uneven. Your stay will be a trip back in time.
    In the heart of the Darent Valley with Lullingstone castle and a Roman Villa just down the road. Stunning AONB countryside with lots of lovely walks taking in the Kent villages. There is a butchers and village store for those who want to cater for themselves. Bluewater is a 15 minute drive for those that love to shop until they drop. The historic town of Sevenoaks is 15 minutes away by car or tain. London Golf course is 10 minutes away.

Only comment to consider if traveling from the states there is no WIFI in the house - you can use the local pubs which worked but was not as convenient as I would have liked. I say book this place it is lovely and an experience.

    We are a farming family living on a busy working farm. Come and stay in our self-catering one bed flat in the centre of the beautiful historic village of Eynsford. Minimum stay two nights The flat is situated above the garage, with shared access that leads to it's own front door, then up a short staircase. The flat is light and airy with windows overlooking the extensive front garden and to the back, Eynsford cricket pitch. Sadly we unable to accommodate children and pets.
    The main living area comprises a large white leather L - shaped sofa, a 37” colour TV and an Xbox 360 with a few games. A single leather armchair next to a side table and lamp. A beautiful oak dining table and 4 oak chairs is set to one side maximizing the living area. Off the living room there is a galley kitchen with cooker, hob, washing machine and fridge. We supply tea coffee and a small amount of milk to get you started along with the cooking basics. The bedroom has a king -size bed with dressing table and matching wardrobe, small colour TV and en-suite bathroom. We have just put in a new bathroom that has a large bath, power shower with glass screen, basin and loo.
    The village has 4 local pubs all within walking distance so you can leave the car at home. The flat is only three and a half miles form Brands Hatch GP Circuit located in West Kingsdown. You can get a really good breakfast from the tea room next to the bridge its only a two minute walk from the flat. There is a local shop in the village but it only has very limited supplies.

Just a stone's throw from London, this apartment seems a world away, with charming traditional stylings that pay tribute to the heritage of the area, yet all the modern appointments that ensure comfort and convenience. Beautifully clean and spacious, it delights with fluffy towels, a large and comfortable bed in a bright bedroom, a well-appointed kitchen and plenty of space in the living area to relax. Eynsford itself (a quick couple of minutes walk away 'under the gate and through the hedgerow') is the quintessential English country village - the perfect place for a hearty English breakfast or Devonshire Tea, to enjoy wandering the beautiful little shops or the ancient church yard, or even - if you are lucky - to watch a game of cricket on the nearby ground. Would highly recommend and hope to go back myself one day.

    Orpington is a thriving suburban town within the Greater London area and therefore ideally situated for access to the motorway network and the railway stations that can transport you into London in as little as 17 minutes. The town centre has a comprehensive range of shops and facilities including the Walnuts Centre and Odeon cinema. Sports facilities are also well catered for with the Walnuts Leisure Centre, golf courses, football and rugby clubs all within the area. Within 10 minutes walk from the property you will find larger shops at the Nugent Retail Park as well as the large DIY stores. Shopping centres at Bluewater and Bromley can also be found within 10 miles drive or bus ride. The Orpington district has lots of green areas to enjoy including Priory Gardens and Goddington Park and the rolling Kent countryside starts from the edge of town where you will find cosy country pubs in the surrounding villages.

    Simple luxury with all that is required to make the best of a private room in a welcoming friendly home. Private room has its own amenities: fridge, kettle and a breakfast area that means you can lie in peacefully or share our love of exotic cooking downstairs.
    The first thing you see as you enter the house is a; Shoe Rack: Inside the entrance hallway, behind the door there is a light switch if required and there is a shoe rack for you to leave your shoes on before going upstairs to your room. There is a pair of grey, black or red slippers on the shoe rack for your use. LOVE ROOM. Your room is LOVE room it is the next door after the bathroom with mini lounge by the window. You can't miss it as you will feel a sense of serenity, love and peace as you walk up to the room. In your room: There is a kitchette area with all necessary items to make your stay a luxurious one including; microwave, kettle, fridge, plates etc... plus a coffee table and a computer desk. Toiletries: Displayed on your bed are: a bath, hand and face towel. Toiletries are in the basket on the bathroom shelf. Extra towels and linens are in the drawers under the bed if required. Please remember to leave used towels in the laundry bag inside the wardrobe and if laundry is required please feel free to use the washing machine during the day. Wardrobe and hangers: There is a large size built-in wardrobe for all your storage, a number of hangers for your use and laundry basket. Lighting and plants: There are two bedside lamps and the room has plenty of natural light. All the plants and flowers are live. Please treat them with care as they just love you unconditionally. Wifi: The login details for the Wifi are on a piece of paper stuck to the light switch. Bed: Has recently been changed to a Kingsize bed. Please feel free to give us your opinion and review at the end of your stay to help us improve on our services. My aim is to provide you a pleasant, peaceful and memorable 'homestay' Bathroom: The bathroom is clearly marked on the right hand side as you come to the top of the stairs.     A welcoming, quiet 1st floor flat with a modern double bedroom. Available to let for midweek and weekend stays. Ideal for visitors or staff of events held at Brands Hatch, as well as anyone visiting the local area. Situated on the edge of Farningham village with lots of beautiful local country locations, my flat is within walking distance of several friendly pubs/restaurants and less than a 5 minute from M25/M20, with plenty of off road parking for guests.
    The local area is quiet but very popular with attendees of Brands Hatch on event weekends. There are 3 country pubs within walking distance from me, all of which are very welcoming and the Lion boasts a large garden situated next to the river as well as a restaurant dining area. There is also an Indian restaurant – Place of India, within walking distance from the flat. Swanley park and White Oak swimming pool leisure centre (includes flume rides and diving boards and babies pool) are also very close to me and less than 10 minutes drive.

  • This air bnb was PERFECT. It suited our needs perfectly and was beautifully presented. We arrived at 11 am and Xavier was at the location and gave us an extensive tour of the flat. he showed us where most things were kept. Bathing amenities were kept in abundance. The kitchen was fully stocked with utensils and Xavier even kept tea and coffees on arrival. The flat is a very good size and the open plan makes it feel very spacious. There is satellite tv, fireplace, communal table and a comfy sofa to relax on. The bedroom was also large and Xavier had kept clean and contemporary bed dressings for us to use. The shower was clean and well presented. 3-5 towels were kept for usage.The shower was warm and powerful. The flat itself is a stone-throw away from the St Mary Cray station which offers direct links to London Victoria in around 30 minutes. The flat is located near local newsagents and is a 5-10 minutes walk away from a small shopping complex which includes m&s, tk maxx, pret, nandos, nike, and other various shops Xavier was very helpful and on hand to help if we required any assistance which on this occasion we did not. There was no interruption at all and check out was simply as effortless as the check-in. It was amazing value for money. My friend and I enjoyed our stay at Xavier's flat. It was everything we could have asked for. Would highly recommend it!!!

Three train stations all within 3 miles that can get you into London in 40 minutes. Local pub with excellent cuisine 15 minute walk. Major South East shopping centre 15 minutes drive. The beaches of the Kent coast all within one hours drive. WiFi access and a smart tv.
    Guests have their own secluded patio area with picnic bench.
    The road is very quiet with cars only passing through at school time.

On a minor note, the cooking equipment (pans, knives, chopping board etc.) whilst adequate for the odd snack would need a bit off adding to if you're planning on catering larger meals. Available beneath the bed is a desk and chair, a small hanging storage bag for clothes. Ideal for storing sweaters, caps, shoes and other accessories. This Comfortable Single Room is bright and cosy, it's available in a modern home in a residential area. The room is fully carpet and it comes with street view. However, it's not suitable for night worker, couples and young children. WiFi
    I like my home; it has seven rooms consist of three bedrooms, two bathrooms, living room and a kitchen dinner. The house is decorated light with pastal colours. I live in a residential area with safe nieghourhood watch scheme.
    As stated before I live in a residential area. Swanley is only 6 miles outside London. It's a small town with a beautiful park and a lake. Each Wednesdays the town square is turned into a market. There are nieghouring villages to visit with many ruins and rivers to see. One of these villages is the Enysford which has the famous Lavenders fields.

  • It so happened that while I was vacating Sylvia's place, she was returning from work in her car. She not only offered me a ride to the station but when I thanked her and insisted that I will manage on my own, she gave me a motherly tone and asked me to "not argue" and just sit in the car. Think that says it all - Sylvia is warm, kind and a generous host. A great stay at that!
