Swanage Bay Breeze
Swanage is an attractive seaside resort with a long sandy beach and a variety of activities including boat trips, fishing, sea rowing, bike hire, a diving centre and rides on the steam train linking Swanage with the historic village of Corfe Castle. This is also a wonderful walking area with beautiful views. The coastal path is only 5 minutes walk away with easy access to Durleston & walks along the coast westerly to Worth Matravers and Kimmeridge or easterly to Old Harry Rocks and Studland.

Beautiful rural retreat, outskirts of Swanage
Ideal for walkers, bird-watchers and nature lovers, this quiet bolt-hole is in the garden of one of the oldest houses in Swanage. The Purbeck stone building in the southern outskirts of the town is separate from the main house, has it's own entrance and off-road parking. A five minute walk brings you to the Durlston National Nature Reserve looking out over the Jurassic coast. Durlston Castle, the Lighthouse and the Southwest Coast Path are 15 minutes away on foot. All without crossing a road.

This is a comfortable flat for 2 people, with amazing views of Swanage bay. Stairs lead up to the flat which is on the 3rd floor of a Victorian villa. It is a 5-10 minute walk to the town centre and beaches, it is also ideally located for the south west coastal path on the cliffs above Swanage. The property is located on a hill, as are most properties to the right(looking to sea) of the town centre. There is also a fully equipped kitchen, nespresso coffee machine, free wifi and internet TV.

Our guest house is located next to our own home, it is self-contained and has its own entrance. It has a living space, a bedroom, en suite shower room, kitchenette area and private decking. The decking is northerly facing and looks out over fields, hills and the Swanage steam railway track which only 10 metres away! Guests will see steam trains and diesels going past in daylight hours. The guest home is cosy and practical and suitable for up to 4 adults or families with up to 2 children.
