The apartment is walking distance from swansea university, Singleton hospital, the bus station and train station! Within a hop skip and a jump from the apartment there is a co-op grocery shop, 4 lovely restaurants, one of which is El pascador which has panoramic views of marina. You can see Mumbles Lifeboat station to the right and Oystermouth Castle to the left. The suite includes a king size bed, corner sofa (it is also a sofa bed), table and chairs, a work desk, storage, shower room, 50" TV (with Netflix) and Wifi. Our Airbnb is a colourful, cosy and creative private space attached to our mid century bungalow. It has its own entrance, kitchenette, double bedroom and en-suite shower room. We are in a quiet yet convenient location for the beaches, coast path, Oystermouth Castle, shops, restaurants & bars in the village of Mumbles. There’s private parking directly outside the house and we are within a 10 min walk of the village in one direction and the beaches in the other direction

Located just a few minutes away from Mumbles, our lovely little bungalow is the perfect getaway. Light, airy and modern. Restaurants, parks, beaches, shops, bars and lots more close by. A short walk down to Mumbles promenade and onto the seafront. We hope you enjoy staying here as much as we have. We are huge dog lovers, so if you have a well behaved pooch please don't leave them behind, they are welcome too! It is gated and fully enclosed, with a private driveway.

The house is comfortable and spacious with two sitting rooms, a dining room (seating 8) and fully fitted kitchen. Generous outside living spaces - patio area off dining room with seating for 8. The house is light, airy and modern. It has recently been updated and decorated with a new log burner added. It has a South facing garden which is a nice little sun trap. It is ideal for a staycation, a weekend break or a short term rental. A real home away from home.
