Ihr Ferienzimmer ist 20 qm groß und für maximal 2 Personen geeignet. An kälteren Tagen kann das Zimmer beheizt werden mit Zentralheizung (Öl). Der Eingang ist in der 2. Etage. Küche zur gemeinsamen Nutzung. Die Zimmer teilen sich wie folgt auf: Schlafzimmer mit 1 Doppelbett und Dusche und Waschbecken im Zimmer. Sie haben Zugang zum Balkon. Separates WC mit WC und Gemeinschaftstoilette am Flur. Darüber hinaus ist Ihr Ferienzimmer mit WLAN- Internetzugang ausgestattet. TV- bzw. Rundfunksender können per Satellit empfangen werden. House Hausberg is located in the charming village centre of Waidring. On the first floor, you will find a charming and comfortably furnished residence. The spacious living room is charmingly furnished. You will notice right away the original bay window in the corner with a beautiful view from every corner. You have a super large balcony with garden furniture, which offers you a wonderful view of the surroundings. There is a communal garden with garden furniture. The well-known and guaranteed snow ski paradise of “Steinplatte”, with many slopes and as Snop Park, is easily accessible by the modern lift right from the village, and there are many kilometers of Nordic ski tracks only five minutes away. Waidring is a top location in the winter as well! In July until mid-September the terrace of the café (Beer Garden) opposite the holiday home is open. This may make it possible noise arise. Patrizia’s home is in a fantastic location in Ellmau, right next to some of the slopes. The room has its own key and there are lots of thoughtful touches dotted around. Would recommend to anyone visiting Ellmau to ski or walk, looking for an alternative to hotels and lodges

Sandras place was the perfect weekend away for my husband and I! Upon our arrival, Sandra was incredibly warm and welcoming, helping us check in and get situated. The room was cozy and clean, and the views were magnificent! We spend the evenings on the porch drinking wine and watching the storms roll over. We enjoyed breakfast at the cottage as well- a beautiful and delicious spread of cheese, meats, fresh baked bread, yogurt, and eggs. It was a relaxing weekend away! We will definitely be back!

Das „Haus Achental“ am Fuße des "Geigelsteins" befindet sich in Schleching / Ettenhausen in ruhiger Lage und wurde im Jahre 1972 gebaut und über die letzten Jahre von uns umfangreich renoviert und modernisiert.

Das Appartement (Studio) "Eck", unsere kleinste Wohneinheit, umfasst 20 m² und bietet Platz für max. 2 Personen mit einem Wohn-/Schlafraum, einer separaten Kochnische und einem Bad mit Dusche/WC. Es befindet sich im Erdgeschoss und es ist alles drin, was man zu Zweit braucht. Klein aber fein und sooooo hell. Wer die Vorhänge beiseite schiebt, der kann bei einer Brotzeit ungehindert auf die Kampenwand und auf die Spitze des Geigelsteins schauen.

In unmittelbarer Nähe erreichen Sie schnell zu Fuß gemütliche Gaststätten. Zum Supermarkt, in dem Sie Backwaren, Obst, Gemüse, Käse oder Frischwurst bekommen, ist es nur ein Katzensprung, zu den Sportgeschäften im Ort etwa 20 Gehminuten. In 200 m Entfernung hinter unserem Haus beginnen wunderschöne Wanderwege in alle Richtungen (Schmugglerweg, Geigelstein, Breitenstein, Rudersburg, Kampenwand, Hochplatte, Taubensee, Klobenstein, Kössen usw....)

Wonderful hosts with a beautiful location tucked into the Alps right on the border to Austria. The room was sparkling clean with nice views of beautiful surrounding mountains. There's a small functional kitchen and a tidy bathroom/shower. The back yard is a great little oasis to hang out and the pool was wonderful for cooling off on those few hot days we had.

We are very warmly greeted and adopted more cordially. The location is very rural. Good as a starting point for hikes. In the immediate vicinity of the apartment go very many trails. Even to the Chiemsee you have not far. The apartment itself was very clean and as shown in the pictures. We felt very comfortable there.

In the apartment there is a bedroom with a double bed and a spacious living room with a couch seating area, which is additionally equipped with a second double bed. Furthermore the apartment has a well equipped fitted kitchen as well as a bathroom with a bathtub and thus offers space for 4 persons. Additional amenities include Wi-Fi, a washing machine, satellite television as well as a high chair and a travel cot for children between 3 and 4 years of age (upon request). There is also a bike, which is available for your use. Furthermore, the apartment offers a private south-facing balcony where you can start your day with a hot cup of coffee while you overlook the beautiful mountains and the meadows and fields. There is also a shared barbecue in the garage, which can be used upon request. Approximately 10 minutes away on foot you will find a selection of restaurants, cafes, bars, bakeries as well as the nearest supermarket. This is the ideal accommodation for nature and sport enthusiasts as hiking, walking, cycling and jogging trails are located in the immediate vicinity. There are also unique hiking trails, which lead you through the nearby high moorland area, Kendlmühlfilze. The nearby mountains Hochplatte, Hochgern, Hochlerch and Hochfelln offer various mountain and hiking tours, both with and without lift assistance. In winter, the cross-country skiing trail passes directly by the house. Lake Chiemsee can be reached in approximately 20 minutes by car where you can swim in the refreshing water on warm summer days. The Reifinger Badesee Lake where you can bathe during the summer is also just a 20-minute walk from the apartment (1.7 km). Parking spaces are available on the property. Bed linens and towels are included in the price. Smoking is only allowed on the balcony. Cats and dogs are allowed for an extra charge of 60 € per stay, which must be paid on site. If you stay more than 10 nights, there is also a 6€ surcharge per night from the 11th night on. Tourist tax should be paid on-site. Das Leben im Wohnwagen wer will das nicht mal erproben... Habe einen Fendt Diamant restauriert und sehr gemütlich eingerichtet. Er steht im Garten mit einer extra Lounge zum Chillen. Die Frühstückseier kann man direkt von den eigenen Hühnern nehmen. Der WW steht direkt an einem Bach und man kann das gemütliche rauschen hören. Und nebenbei die eigen Früchte und das Gemüse vom Garten nehmen..

Natürlich steht auch das Kaiserhaus zur Verfügung. D. h. Fitnessraum, Infrarot, Solarium, Sauna, Slackline, Bogenschiessen. . Das alles kann man auch nutzen nur das steht allen Gästen zur Verfügung.

in Ebbs gibt es viele Cafés und Restaurants in 10 min bist du zu Fuß im Gasthof Lederer Wirt Tolle Wandermöglichkeiten ( Kaisergebirge) oder auch Mountainbike Routen.. mit der Kufstein Karte hast du auch die Möglichkeit den Kaiserlift gratis zu nutzen und ein tolles Erlebnis ganz leicht mitzunehmen Schau einfach unter Kufsteinerland nach,.,.

+ kitchen with all the necessary supplies + free parking + comfy beds + balcony + size of the bath tub + heating/warmth of the place + lots of space/shelves to store belongings + change of towels twice within a 5-day stay + price - Nada is a lovely host, however she didn't speak a word of English which made the communication incredibly challenging. - Didn't read anywhere about a city tax which we were charged upon our arrival. - Nada seemed to be surprised when she saw 3 of us arriving. (Even though that's for how many people my booking was made, and I was additionally messaging and asking her about a sleeping arrangement for the third adult). She quickly arranged a cot,which was rather loud at night unless the person on it was completely motionless. - Useless wi-fi I believe if the language issue resolves Nada will become an excellent host and future stays will be all smooth.

Doppelzimmer in 250 Jahre altem original Tiroler Bauernhof. Herrlich sonnige und zentrumsnahe Lage aber dennoch inmitten der Natur. 3.000qm großer Garten lädt im Sommer zum Sonneliegen, Spielen und Grillen. Doppelzimmer mit WC und Dusche, wlan und Sat TV. Im Doppelzimmer gibt es einen kleinen Kühlschrank, Kaffeemaschine, einen Heißwasserkocher und zwei Tassen und Löffel als kleine Starthilfe für den Tag.

Im Umkreis von 100m gibt es drei Bäckereien und einen Supermarkt bei denen man ab 05:00 Uhr Früh gemütlich und preisgünstig Frühstücken kann. Supermarkt in unmittelbarer Nähe.

Neben Seefeld ist St. Johann wohl das Mekka des Langlaufsportes in Tirol. 250 Km bestens präparierte Loipen beginnen 20m hinter dem Haus! Die St. Johanner Bergbahnen sind nur 950m (15 min zu Fuß, 4 min mit dem Auto) vom Haus entfernt. Das Parken dort ist gratis. Weitere Skigebiete wie Kitzbühel, Fieberbrunn - Saalbach oder die Skiwelt Wilder Kaiser liegen im Umkreis von 10 Km. Das Panorama Schwimmbad mit 25m (indoor) und 50m (outdoor) Sportbecken und mehreren Wellnessbecken und Rutschen ist nur 400m vom Haus entfernt. Im Winter bieten sich einige Saunen, Solarien mit Außenbereich und Tauchbecken für den Ausklang eines schönen Skitages an. Der Adlerweg und der Jakobsweg gehen direkt am Haus vorbei. Viele Kilometer Mountainbike Wege, Singletrails, Downhills aber auch Rennradstrecken (Masters Weltpokal Strecke) laden alle Bewegungshungrigen zum Austoben. Mit dem Schwarzsee, Walchsee oder Hintersteinersee wird die Region immer öfter von Triathleten als optimaler Ort für ein Trainingslager genutzt. Hunderte Wandertouren vor allem im nahegelegenen Kaisergbirge, Klettergärten und Klettersteige machen die Region um St. Johann zum Paradies für Outdoor Sportler.

In a beautiful place a very nice room! And what a hospitality from the owner! We wanted to check in a little later and that was no problem at all. The room itself is not very big but you have everything you need. In addition, everything was neat and tidy. The area is beautiful! What a beautiful view from the balcony. Highly recommended!
