A cozy home located in the heart of the Historic Rountree neighborhood on a quiet tree-lined street. The house is 1,380 S.F. and 1 block from the Missouri State University campus (JQH Arena), close to downtown Springfield, Springfield Cardinals Field, the Pickwick/Cherry Street restaurant and nightlife area. Garage access for parking your vehicle. NO SMOKING ANYWHERE ON PROPERTY!
