This suite is a part of a single family house.The rest of the house is also rented as an Airbnb unit but with separate entrance. The deck area is shared. The entrance is in the backyard.

Our house is 2 story/we live upstairs in a quiet neighborhood of Richmond/El Sob area. We have in-law unit on street level with one full bathroom, small bedroom with one comfy queen bed, tv, wi-fi, separate living area with kitchenette, microwave, medium size refrigerator, coffee maker, and single bed for 3rd person. Immerse yourself in nature at my quiet, cozy compound, blurring the line between indoors & out. Built using reclaimed and green materials to be a garden oasis, both buildings are bright and sunny. **Please note that the bathroom is located in the Studio and the Annex bedroom is a separate building 20' away (see photos). It is located two blocks from the Deer Park trailheads and within easy walking/biking distance to town & shops. There's plenty of storage and closet space for longer-term stays!
