Boutique Barn in quiet rural location, separate to main house, with off-street parking and own entrance. Very comfortable accommodation with living/dining room, separate kitchen with combination microwave oven and a ceramic hob for preparing simple meals and coffee machine. Situated in excellent location surrounded by National Trust land with its excellent country walks. Local pubs for all-day dining within walking distance. Easy access to Gatwick Airport and Redhill mainline train station.

Self-contained Annex with independent entrance at rear of building. Peaceful location 100 yards from Happy Valley. 25 minute walk from Coulsdon South Station with a regular 30 minute train service to central London. After 11.30 at night, the train service can be a little unreliable. Cosy annex with bedroom (double bed), bathroom with shower, comfortable living room with TV and Internet. Small kitchenette with tea and coffee making facilities, fridge and microwave. Outside London ULEZ zone

An open plan staircase leads up to two cottage style bedrooms with good storage. A luxury shower room with WC is on the ground floor. Outside offers a private terrace area with tables and chairs for sole use of guests.

Stable Cottage is a beautiful stable conversion in a village on the North Downs Way. It offers an ideal base for walking and cycling with many tracks and footpaths in the area. It is also easy to get to London from the property, just five minutes walk from Merstham station with direct trains to London (30-40 minutes). It is about 20 minutes from Gatwick by car or train. The property has two bedrooms and an open-plan living and dining area. Continental breakfast and toiletries are included.
