Slice of heaven! Gorgeous air Bnb with luxurious touches. Was absolutely sparkling clean. Bed and linen was to die for with an amazing nights sleep. Sally was extremely responsive and super helpful with any questions. Perfect for a couple of nights.

Sally offered a cozy and inviting pod for us to stay in at Arthurs Point. From the complimentary wine and chocolate upon approval, it was the small touches that were appreciated. Despite the close proximity to the main residence, we felt that there was ample privacy on offer. We would definitely recommend this accommodation to others. Thanks Sally!

The Alpine pod was a great place to stay for our visit to Queenstown! It was about a 10 minute ride from downtown. It was very clean and comfortable - a perfect retreat after hiking and biking in the Queenstown area. Check in was easy and Sally was quick to respond to communication during our stay. Would definitely recommend staying here to anyone visiting the area!

This gem is easily the best airbnb we have ever stayed in. Also, its location is way better suited if youre travelling around by car during your stay in QT (bus is close too) so dont be turned off by the distance to town which is only an 8 minute drive. Sally was also an amazing host, fastest replies ever!!!

A house halfway up the hill, with a very nice view, especially a large deck and large living room, which enjoy the view. The house is well appointed, clean and comfortable with a few minutes' drive from the centre of Queenstown which offers the benefit of peace.

We had a lovely time at Fiona’s place. The views are amazing and the house makes you feel home away from home! We loved the location as well, being able to go walking to the lake and also to take the water taxi to Queenstown. Absolutely loved our stay at the Crib! Fiona has created a wonderfully warm and welcoming space. We enjoyed all the little creature comforts and the glorious afternoon sunshine that streams into the living area. The house is located on the southern bank of the Frankton Arm of Lake Wakatipu. The views are quite spectacular! We only wish we had booked for longer and would return in a heartbeat!

Awesome house, beautiful scenery, on the Kevin Peninsula diagonally across the shore from Queenstown, about 10 minutes drive from the center of Queenstown, away from the hustle and bustle, very suitable for us traveling by car! fiona provides everything you need, all kitchen supplies and seasonings, you can make any food you want to make ~ ~ washing machine, dryer, can conveniently complete the washing process during travel ~ ~ and Bluetooth speakers, dishwashing Aircraft ~~ even if you want, you can barbecue on the deck ~~ deck can overlook the lake view, sitting on a deck chair on the deck every day, watching the blue sky and white clouds, the plane taking off, and the starry sky at night, a little light across the lake Is our most comfortable life ~~ Thank you so much fiona for providing us with such a perfect home. The 3 days spent here will be unforgettable! It is expected to come back in the fall of 4 years, let's see you then!

Perfect size chalet for two set in a great location! Stunning 360 degree views. Clean and tidy, everything you need for a wonderful trip to Queenstown and Arrowtown. We had a lovely time staying at the kiwi house! The location was absolutely beautiful and it was nice to be just outside of town. The place was perfectly stocked with all the supplies we needed which made cooking our own meals easier. We very much enjoyed our time.

We were only in the home for one night but it was well set up with a variety of cooking and serving dishes, books and DVDs, and suggestions about local restaurants and activities. The hot tub was lovely! The space is well decorated and comfortable.

We enjoyed our stay at this accommodation. It is a lovely light filled apartment with nice views across the valley. It is only about 5 mins from Queenstown by car. Only comment is that milk is not provided, so if you want milk with your coffee or tea on arrival, you will have to bring your own

Great place with incredible views!

Sweet and easy

Craig’s place is small but comfortable. It is within walking distance from downtown, but the area is much quieter. Route 6A (Frankton Road) is down the hill, but you can’t even see or hear the traffic. The views of the lake and the Remarkables are stunning! Craig has three units, and we stayed in #3. This is the first unit once you come down the stairs, which means anyone staying in units 1 and 2 need to pass by unit 3. The stairs are also alongside unit 3, so you can hear it whenever someone goes up and down. We ended up keeping the curtains mostly closed because anyone passing by tended to look in at us, making us feel like we were on display. If you want the maximum amount of privacy, be sure to book unit 1. The walls between the units are thin. We heard the guests in unit 2 talking in the evenings, but everyone kept the noise to a minimum and quieted down after around 10:00PM.

Great place to discover Queenstown from. We could park our campervan on the street in front. Wonderful views from the room. The room has all the needs, good value for money. Craig responded quickly to our messages. I fully recommend to stay here.

Amazing views, stylish new studio with warm décor to feel cozy and homely. Lots of activity information as well as clear in house instructions and welcome note. Would suggest to hire a car or to research bus and cab information, would recommend to friends and would definitely stay again!

Place was convenient and modern. All the amenities were amazing, there was more than enough. Not the mention the bed was probably the most comfortable bed I’ve slept in. Both Sharn and her partner were very accommodating with their quick responses and eagerness to help us with whatever we needed. Couldn’t recommend this place enough.

Great place to stopover.

Very nice and clean place pretty close to the airport. We only stayed one night and it worked well for us. The only issue we had was the Wi-Fi password was hand written and difficult to read and had a difficult time getting a response from the host. We also noticed the hair dryer was missing and apparently it had been broken the night before. When we did get a response, she was very helpful and brought a hair dryer by that evening since we were counting on it to use that evening. Just minor hiccups but overall a nice place with good value.

An excellent place in Queenstown. Quiet location, great views, comfortable bed easy access to shops and restaurants but you need a car. I’d certainly stay there again.

My Girlfriend and I had a brilliant time staying here and would strongly recommend it to anyone at all. Just a short walk to the centre of town, lovely and clean and the hot tub was brilliant.

What an amazing space and location! So close to town, very clean, hot tub is a great added amenity. If your in the hot tub at night you have spectacular views of the stars! Feels very homey. My husband met Nick and he is a great, friendly guy. Highly recommend And would definitely stay again!

Renee and Cale’s place is clean, comfy, close to town and has parking onsite. The hosts are very friendly, helpful and have a house manual with very helpful tips of activities etc during one’s stay in Queenstown. Please follow their instructions carefully to reach the place especially if arriving after sunset else it might be an effort to find the place.

Holly and Nic’s place was really cozy and comfortable. It was close to a walking trail by the lake which takes you directly into Queenstown. Holly and Nic were very quick with responses and were very accommodating with letting us leave our luggage early and extra time once we check out. The bus to the airport is right outside their home and is only a 10 minute ride. Highly recommend staying here. Plus you’ll love the view of the lake from their home!

This experience is exactly why I choose Airbnb stays over hotels. The cottage is super stylish and Holly and Nic really are hosts! They’ve added thoughtful amenities and comforts throughout the space. The bathroom is pretty dreamy too with large walk in shower with skylight and views into the garden. Holly & Nic’s cottage is beautiful! Very stylish, comfortable & very clean. It had everything in it we could possibly want & more! Holly even went out & purchased a cafetière for me-Holly is so thoughtful & Kind. Both Holly & Nic are very friendly & easy to communicate with & Holly responds to msgs v quickly. We were slightly concerned about the road when we arrived, but it didn’t effect our stay or sleep at all, we slept very well in the comfy bed every night. We loved the large head rain shower (I want one at home) & all the soft fluffy white towels & luxury toiletries provided! We made full use of the ‘bus card’ provided & used it to get to Queenstown in the evening. We also used the bikes & helmets to bike into Queenstown one morning along the walking/cycling track along by the lake, such beautiful views! We loved this cottage - Thank you Holly & Nic for a very comfortable stay!! 😀

This is a nice 1br home nestled in Fernhill. Kendall is an awesome host and made the check in process very smooth for us. The views from home are very good. Tips: don’t rely on uber, they r very scarce. There is a bus stop 8 min walk away which we found very helpful.

Our three night stay at Kendall’s was amazing. Spotlessly clean with beautiful modern finishes. The view of the lake from the breakfast bar was wonderful when having breakfast and some evening wines. There is a beautiful walking track nearby that goes right into Queenstown along the river. Definitely recommend. Thanks for having us!

Louisa & Clint’s place was amazing!! The view could not be beat, and the apartment was spacious, modern, and clean, and we especially liked the heated towel rack and the spa! The last night we were there we enjoyed stargazing from the spa and it was really truly incredible. The bed was also cozy and warm, some nights got chilly so we had to use the heater but it worked amazing! Also we were grateful for the washer/dryer, especially after long days of hiking and biking. Would highly recommend, we loved Louisa & Clint’s place!!

A beautiful little lower aprartment located in the hills just outside Queenstown. The views from the porch and spa are absolutely stunning and second to none. Loud neighbors above made getting to sleep a chore some evenings, but that is no fault of the host. Overall a 10/10 spot for any couple/small family looking for a stunning view at a fair price.

The covered outdoor spa was probably one of the most relaxing things we did in Queenstown. Good for a romantic getaway or you could combine the other unit for a boys ski trip. Great view, great heated bathroom floor, great stay!

Incredible views was the first thing we noted when arriving for our stay! The house was clean and tidy and the amenities were great. Loved the floor heating in the bathroom!! The house is a quick 15 minute walk into the heart of queenstown, it is a steep incline to walk back to the house so if you are unsteady on your feet I’d maybe suggest driving. WiFi worked great. Beds are comfy. Would recommend staying here for your trip to Queenstown :-) thanks for having us

House has all the facilities required for a family stay. Both room and bedroom has spectacular views of the mountains and lake.

As expected, the view from the hostel is very good. However, the sun doesn't shine so the laundry doesn't dry well and the carpet smells a little. It's a bit too bad to walk around the center.

This views and deck of this place are world class. Super convenient to both the town center as well as easily accessible to areas outside Queenstown

Would 100% recommend to anyone who wants the best of every world. Far enough out of the main hub to be silent with spectacular views, but close enough for a short walk or drive and you’re right in the middle of the hustle and bustle. The views were spectacular and the house was more than enough. Complete with the full kitchen and awesome deck with BBQ, you couldn’t ask for more. Coming back to Queenstown we would happily stay here again. Cheers!

Very beautiful and quiet place slightly high up in the mountain, we really enjoyed the 5 nights living by the forest. 5 mins drive from the place to the city center. So highly recommend!

The place was great and suited us for exactly what we needed. My only slight issue was that the air con was only downstairs and it was very hot upstairs at night. Otherwise a lovely little place to stay with great views and a little out of town so you get some peace and quiet!

Amazing views is an understatement. The scene-scape from the balcony is stunning. All the amenities needed to have a restful time whilst in Queenstown and being close to town is an added bonus. We will definitely be returning.

Our family had a great stay at ‘That View’! All communication was clear and helpful, and the checking in/out process was simple. We loved the location, and the little walk up the hill was definitely worth not having to find somewhere to park in busy Queenstown! The deck, while not wide enough to sit around a table on, still provided a relaxing spot to take in the amazing view. It’s not a ‘fancy’ house (e.g. basic bedrooms) but it has what you need in a great location with the highlight being ‘that view’!!

This was my 2nd stay at Jess and Tim's and it was another great one. So peaceful and beautiful. The place is always so clean and comfortable, and nothing beats enjoying the view over your morning coffee.

I had the pleasure of staying in this beautiful home after a long day of travelling from Australia to Queenstown. Communication was so easy and seamless and although I didn’t get to meet Tim and Jess, they were super easy to deal with. Waking up to the views in the morning was spectacular and would recommended this place :)

Tim and Jess' place is a perfect home base for exploring Queenstown! The views are breathtaking and the space is very private with comfortable beds. The small fridge and coffee/tea/milk was an extra bonus. It can be dark getting to/from the room at night so bring a torch with you. As indicated, it's a steep climb/descent to access the room, and the home is a 15 minute climb from town (which is what gives you the amazing views!). As long as you're okay with that, this is the perfect place to stay!

Lee-Ann and Hamish's place was the perfect landing spot when we arrived to Queenstown from SF at the start of our honeymoon. The place was beautiful, incredibly clean, and everything was easy. The views were incredible. The hospitality was even better. Lee-Ann even offered to take us into town so we could go out for a couple drinks which was so sweet. We spent a good amount of time in the hot tub soaking it all in (and adjusting after a long days worth of travel). Definitely recommend this spot!

Wow, I can say enough about how amazing lee Ann and Hamish were. They would give us tips on places to go and do and it never disappointed. If we ever had questions they were quick to answer. They even offered us bikes to hit up some trails. As far as the place. DAMN!! It was exactly what we were looking for. The pictures she has online don’t do it justice. The view, the deck, the hot tub, the bbqer. It was all perfect!! I would highly recommend and hope to make another visit.

Snug, comfortable, well equipped space with a balcony with splendid view of lake and mountains. Be aware that, if you are not travelling by car that you will be spending an extra 20-25 NZ$ for a roundtrip in and and out of town. Or a 30 minute walk each way, or a 10-15 min walk to a bus stop.

Meets your basic needs. Comfortable bed and powerful shower. The spa is a nice addition, but it wasn't quite hot enough for our liking. The patio has the best view and it's a quiet neighborhood. Great communication from the hosts! You will have to bring your luggage up quite a few stairs and the key is attached to something on the ground (with the expectation you put the key back every time you leave the house, which is a bit annoying). This place is really small with no place to put two suitcases. I'd recommend removing the two chairs to give more room. As other guests have mentioned, you have to get creative with the space.

What a lovely place, beautiful interiors, and photos really don’t do the view of the lake justice! Far enough away from central Queenstown for some peace and quiet but a quick 5-10 min drive into town for dinner etc. The BBQ was a nice touch, very quiet area. :)

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay here and the view from the balcony was even better than the photos. Very quiet and relaxing as 5 mins out of town centre and away from the hustle and bustle of Queenstown.

This is an amazing place with a fantastic view. Not far from downtown but far enough to be away from the crowds and noise. Highly recommend

Tiny but cute apartment with unbeatable views (seriously, the view from the private patio looks fake!). It’s not right in the downtown area but it’s a very pleasant 20 minute walk either via the main road or through forested area to get into town. It’s quite steep so we ubered back uphill each time. We really enjoyed sunbathing on the patio in the afternoons. Would stay again.

Incredible view!!!! This condo is well appointed, PERFECTLY located, with the best view ever from the deck! We could have sat on the deck forever and never tired of the amazing view. The Remarkables rights in front of you. The condo is located within 5 to 10 minutes walk to downtown Queenstown. The condo building is on a hill, so you will need to be able to walk up and down a hill. It is fairly steep hill, and we are in relatively good shape and we handled it well. The kitchen has all the essentials and there is a washer and dryer in the unit. We would absolutely visit again and would recommend.

Lovely stay at Charlie and Rob's

Charlie and Rob’s place is awesome. We had 4 fabulous nights there. The view has to be seen to be believed and the location is perfect. A nice easy 10 minute walk to the centre of town enjoying the vistas every step of the way. I can highly recommend their place. Sensational!!!! Thanks again Mark Cribb

The perfect stay for a couple that want a stylish apartment in a very well appointed Hotel setting. Location is perfect and a spotless apartment with a lake view. Great WiFi. and outstanding shower. Easy check in. The reception staff very engaging. We will stay here again.

The location of Dean and Gaynor's place is perfect, close to everything right downtown. I came to Queenstown to get married and after flying from the US with my wedding dress I was scrambling to find somewhere to get it steamed before the wedding. Gaynor dropped her clothes steamer off for me and it helped me out tremendously. We loved our stay there and can't wait to come back

Amazing location in Queenstown, easy to walk everywhere with the facilities of the hotel. I used the laundry room which worked well. Very comfortable bed, and spacious compared to other places we have stayed.

We loved looking out at the stunning view of the lake and mountains even from the inside due to the full wall of glass windows. Although the road into Queenstown CBD runs just behind the location, there is very little noise heard inside, particularly during the sleeping hours. The location is very convenient for both Queenstown and the surrounding areas of activities. Clean and well-equipped.

This is a well appointed, clean unit with amazing views of the lake. There can be heavy traffic into Queenstown & out to Frankton; parking can be a problem in the centre so extra time needs to be allowed. A short step down to a walking tract around the lake, very pleasant. It is only a short drive to the Frankton shopping centre. We really enjoyed our stay.

It was a great place to get good memories in Queenstown, the highlight of New Zealand honeymoon. Despite missing the plane on the last day and rushing to stay overnight, Beatrice was pleased to say it was okay. If you are looking for accommodation in Queenstown, I highly recommend it !!

This place had such beautiful views! The all around windows were perfect. It’s a bit of a walk to town but it’s a nice stroll and close to the grocery store. The distance is worth it for the views. Trina gave really clear instructions and had some great tips for where to go and getting discounts. Overall had a great time at a cute and clean place!

We had a great time staying at Trina's. We were only 15minutes walk from everything the centre of Queenstown had to offer but felt we had our own hideaway almost in the forest with spectacular views from the deck. We even saw wild goats in the woods! The unit was spacious and very clean with a very comfy bed The two local supermarkets were great for stocking up on any supplies. If you want something out of the ordinary I would recommend you stay at Trina's.

Fantastic view of Queenstown and lake Wakatipu. The place came equipped with everything you need; from towels, dishes, stove, and toiletries. Trina was amazing. She gave us local tips ahead of our trip. She also accommodated us with luggage storage since we arrived in Queenstown earlier than checkin. Definitely recommend Trinas home.

My son and I spent three nights at Trina's AirBnB. It made for a great base camp while exploring Queenstown. The unit is large, well equipped, and has the added bonus of a large deck with views of the mountains and lake. Downtown is a 15 minute walk or a 5 minute bus ride. Definitely give it a "thumbs up".

The Alpine Gem is one of those rare AirBnB properties where the reality exceeded the expectations! The views from the property are truly sensational. Great location and views. perfect for a family with a nice playground down the road. Really nice (unaffiliated) hotel bar open 1 min walk away which was great for nightcaps after a long day pr if it was too cold on the patio. The activity and dining tips were numerous and excellent— usually this is where the host just runs down a list of places that are very popular, but there were some unexpected gems here, and many, importantly, away from the throngs of QT tourists. Very quick responses and helpful touches!

5 minute walk to the centre of town. Easy to find with very modern and large shared area to utilise for cooking and chilling. Bedroom and ensuite also a great space.

This was a great option between cost/location/amenities. I was traveling on my own and this place fit my needs and budget well.

Kal's apartments are great! They are within easy walking distance of the Queenstown CBD, are super clean and have everything you need. Would happily stay again.

We had a great stay at Kal's place for our first night in Queenstown. He met us early to help us store our bags inside while the staff finished getting our unit ready. The apartment was very nice, modern, with a very comfortable bed! Also, both heat and AC were available in the unit. We only stayed one night, but would definitely stay again! As mentioned, parking on site was limited, but there are a number of public parking options close by, both lot and street parking.

Great little apartment. Everything you need for your stay in Queenstown. Highly recomend.

Suzi's place was awesome and a great start to our NZ trip. Perfect little place to stay and just far enough outside of town to escape the craziness. Suzi is also super responsive which makes staying so easy. We'd highly recommend borrowing the bikes and riding to Altitude Brewery for a beer and/or cider and also into town. You might think it's a tough ride because of the hilly roads, but the track down by the water is a really great ride.

Suzi’s place has a stunning view of the lake and sits right on the bike and hiking path. The bed was super comfortable and Suzi is a terrific host, even including great bikes and the possibility of renting her car if needed. We loved our stay and highly recommend Suzis studio!!!!

This condo has a spectacular view and we loved sitting on the balcony. The space is efficient and nicely decorated. Our favorite thing, by far, was the use of the bikes available for rent with the condo. The bikes are solid and the Queenstown area has miles and miles of well maintained trails. We parked our car for two days and rode the bikes to all our activities. What a great way to enjoy Queenstown!

Mint place and great views

This place is exactly as beautiful as the photos! What a gem of a place! It was perfect for my husband and I to enjoy our honeymoon. The view is spectacular and it's a quick 5 minute drive or 15 minute bike into town. Suzi was very helpful and hospitable also. We would stay here again if our travels take us back to Queenstown.

Highly, highly recommend this location if you are traveling to Queenstown! Jodie was fantastic to communicate with and the location is extremely walkable! The place is very tidy, bright and fresh inside - and the view out the back sliders will have your jaw hitting the floor!

Jodie’s place is perfect for couples visiting Queenstown without a car. 2 or 3 minutes walk into town, less than 10 mins to the lakeside. Cook in and enjoy the views or eat out! Supermarket super close - 5 min walk.

Cosy, serene, beautiful views... a paradise close to town!

Room was perfect for our needs! Very clean and had nice recommendations for the area. The provided food was a plus and helpful on early mornings where we didn’t go into town for breakfast. House is not in close walking distance to the downtown but can easily catch the bus or an Uber and get there in 10 minutes. Overall great stay!

This place is an amazing 2 bedroom! Slightly out of the way of downtown in a quieter neighborhood and atop of a hill that allows for stunning views!

A wonderful modern, cozy and stylish place only a short commute to the CBD. Bonnie was very clear and responsive in our needs while travelling with an infant.

Bonnie's place was well located near the city center but not exactly in the thick of it. We had a bigger car so wasn't sure to park in the garage but there was street parking right in front of the place. Bonnie had some cooking sauces and spices available which was a nice touch. The shower head had a bit of an issue but we hope she has it sort it out for the next stay!
