The sitting/dining room is a warm blue with little pops of colour, and has a great view over the garden to relax and have breakfast with. The kitchen and bathroom have a quirky design, and are clean and fresh feeling, having all the amenities you need. The bedroom has a comfortable standard double bed, blackout curtains and lots of hanging space.

Your private 8 seater hot tub is exclusively yours between 4-9 pm located on the main house's patio, 25 meters up from the lodge. To ensure a peaceful experience, we suggest enjoying up to 2 hours of soaking time - perfect for unwinding in comfort and privacy 🥂🍾

It is just a 20 minute bus ride or cycle into Vibrant Brighton and its glorious seafront. The Annex has its own entrance and is fully equipped with everything you’ll need The Annex is part of our family home and although it’s a private space, you will be able to hear kids and dogs playing in the garden below your decking at times

Idyllically situated down a quiet, magical lane, our oak-framed barn is surrounded by hills and woodland, with stunning views on all sides. There is instant access to beautiful countryside footpaths and bridleways. We are walking distance from a pub with a garden and good home-cooked food. Just an hour from London by train and 10 minutes drive from buzzy, cosmopolitan Brighton, we're also close to lots of pretty villages, lovely beaches, beautiful historic houses and gardens.

Our pod, tucked away near the Downs

Our timber clad garden pod is up-market glamping, with a view to the Downs. Close to Brighton, approached down a farm track, with a walk across fields to the village. On sunny days, open up the folding sliding doors and enjoy a drink on the decking. There are coffee and tea making facilities, but not for cooking. That’s why it’s only available for a few magical days at a time. (The wood burner pictured is not in use.) There is WiFi

You’ll love my place because of decor, ambiance and local feel. My peaceful home is great for couples, Brighton explorers and business travellers. It's not for party people. Parking permits on request for a small fee in zone V (and there is free parking at the weekend in Zone S).
