OMG!!! What an incredible apartment, it must be the coolest place in Leeds! Incredible design and amazing spec throughout, if I owned this place there is no way I would put it on Airbnb it too good! I felt privileged to be a guest! Emily and Elizabeth were super helpful. I would recommend a thousand times over.

As the photos suggest, a beautiful apartment in the centre of Leeds. Everything you could need is there. It is easy to collect and return keys. As outlined in the 'apartment brochure' we visited the 'tapas' restaurant, the 'delicious' coffee shop and 'Friends of Ham' and can vouch for those too!

Wow, what an amazing space! Staying here really added a special touch to our stay in Leeds!

This apartment is beautiful, and full of all essentials and excellently located for all, we had 4 beautiful balcony’s, and 2 very good size bedroom with 2 Bathrooms, it’s very spacious and has a very light open feel to the apartment and I would like to also say the pictures do justice but not 100% once you walk in you’ll see why, it’s so much bigger and and grand ! I would definitely recommend staying here and we will definitely return when staying in Leeds. *****

Really enjoyed our stay here, modern apartment very centrally located so easy to nip to and from. Comfortable bedding, well decorated, bottle of bubbly in the fridge and tea and coffee supplies. What more could you ask for?! Really helpful letting us drop our bags off early too :) would definitely stay again!

Absolutely fantastic place to stay when in Leeds. Tastefully decorated throughout and super comfy beds! Bronwen is a helpful and communicative host. Her detailed messages made check-in a breeze. The apartment is centrally located within walking distance of all Leeds amenities. I hope I get the opportunity to stay again!

It was a lovely place to spend the weekend and the location was perfect. Bronwen was very helpful and easy to get hold of, would highly recommend staying here and If ever I am ever back in Leeds this will be the place to stay.

Keith was an excellent host and the apartment was great, very central and fabulous decor.

We stayed at Keith's place for 2 weeks and can't recommend it enough. Keith was a fantastic host! Responded really quick, and was always helpful and friendly when we bothered him with things (which was A LOT because we were pretty clueless. Ha) The space itself is really quirky and cool, and the location is great for shopping/nightlife. We'll definitely be looking to stay there again the next time.

Easy check in and good amount of space. Cereal, milk, coffee and tea are provided which is nice. Close to the city centre but you'll have to take an uber or taxi cause it's definitely a couple miles. Good value overall

immaculate accommodation comprising four beautiful bedrooms, lounge and extensive kitchen.. The building is tastefully decorated and presented. Bright and airy. Has everything you would need and home from home comforts. The welcome pack is a wonderful thought with tea coffee milk Etc. We only stayed one night but is close to Leeds city center and located close to all motorways. Comms perfect.

Joannes house is so beautiful, has so much space and light. Brilliant stay. Joanne is really helpful and responds really quickly. Great location close to Leeds etc! We had a great time!

Stayed at Jo’s for a girly get together and gathering. The place was immaculate with cupcakes for all guests. Everywhere was so spotlessly clean. We couldn’t have asked for anything else. My guests and I couldn’t get over how luxurious the place was. I asked Jo how to add some more water to the hot tub the next day so I could have a cheeky go before I left and she popped around 2 seconds later and cleaned it/ refilled so I could go in. For Jo nothing was too much trouble or effort. Much appreciated and will definitely be returning. Thank you :)

The house was safe and lots of room for cars. On entering it was just beautiful. Clean spacious and bright. Jo was very welcoming and always easy to contact for questions. Cupcakes for all the guests were a great welcome! The bedrooms were simple but stunning. Beds and pillows were so comfortable. Towels and robes were a nice touch. Bathrooms clean and spotless. Kitchen had everything and more within it. Open plan lounge kitchen was perfect. Overall fantastic stay. If I’m Leeds on a girls trip away again would definitely book this house.

My room was tiny, or perhaps a better discription would be “compact and bijou!” As small as it was , it was very comfy, and had everything I could ask for. It was tastefully decorates, as was the whole house (check out the Malawian chair in the bathroom!) My hosts were charming and helpful, and I could ask no more of them. I would return in a heartbeat, and if I find myself in that area again, certainly will - thank you very much.

Nice house and very big room

Ben’s place was clean, comfortable and offered us everything we needed for a comfortable stay.

I was attending an event in the middle of Farsley, and Ben's place was exactly what I needed (and about 200 yards from the venue!). Big room which got cold at night (early Feb), but there was plug-in heating available so that wasn't a problem. Check-in was a breeze and Ben seemed like a really nice bloke. Nice easy stay!

Nice room in a warm, quiet house, very close to local amenities. Comfy bed, plenty of hot water and Ben was the perfect host.

Fantastic place, I had a peaceful and restful stay after working a few night shifts. Sally was kind enough to allow flexible bookings terms. I found her to be a lovely thoughtful host who has gone to great lengths to ensure a convenient and pleasant stay for her guests. I recommend her with confidence.

Sally was an excellent and welcoming host with outstanding hospitality. The house was very clean and tidy and my room was one of the best that I have ever stayed in. The room was very warm and relaxing. The biggest assets was the ultra-soft mattress and the incredible shower. I also loved the tea and coffee facilities in the room. And the great desk to put my laptop and do some work.

Sally is a welcoming and thoughtful host. I had stayed at her place a few years ago, and she has made improvements to the room since I was last there (and since the current photo on the site was taken). There is plenty of space for storing clothes, and also a handy fold-down table. It is a peaceful and cosy place to stay, and I appreciated added touches like tea and coffee making facilities in the room. The bathroom is smart and clean, and has a nice shower. It is easy to come and go, and the house is within five minutes' walk of the shops in Farsley.

Sally is a amazing host and goes above and beyond what one would normally expect - in particular providing a wonderful breakfast, a variety of bedding choices and many tips for things to enjoy in the surrounding area. The room is very clean and the location is in a quiet residential area. At the same time it is only few minutes away from the Farsley high street, which boasts a surprising amount of shops and restaurants along with good transport links to Leeds.

Fantastic value for a single room, everything as described. I wouldn't hesitate to return.

That's not a bad place to stay and sleep, definitely worth the money. The down side is the bed in the single room which is upstairs is very noisy when you're trying to get in or out, specially when you come home late in the night or wake up early in the morning. Next to the house is a cemetery so make sure you're okay with that. The good side is everything else makes you feel like home. Overall I'm happy with my experience. Thanks

This was a very last minute booking and Claire was very kind to have squeezed me in. The location was perfect and as others have said, it backs off to a graveyard which had stunning views in the morning. I’d recommend this place for sure.

Chilled out relaxed home from home whilst working in Leeds

I stayed at Justin's place for three nights as I started a new job in Leeds but hadn't secured a place to stay. As you can imagine moving to a new city, starting a new job, and not having a place to call home isn't the best prospect. All of the worries were alleviated when I stepped foot on Justin's front step. He's a cool bloke, ready to speak about anything for hours but respectful of your space if you need it. His house is full of character, and incredibly welcoming. The room itself is large, clean, quiet and has all the amenities you might need. Including a TV and a reclining chair. By the end of the stay I was considering moving in!

This was my first time using airbnb so I was a little apprehensive but I was made to feel very welcome and overall had a very positive stay. Justin was very friendly and so were his dogs! I had a very pleasant time.

Helen was very kind when I checked in and introduced me to her dog, Tia! Tia was sweet the whole time I stayed, she was calm and enjoyed being pat before I left the apartment. Helen made the stay very comfortable and even allowed me to use one of her phone chargers when mine went missing at a pub.

I only stayed the one night as I was flying out of Leeds airport early in the morning. Helen's house is in an excellent position for this plus the local amenities are very good too. It was a 20 minute walk from the airport and the shops & places to eat just 5 minutes away.

The hospitality here is second to none, Tiggy made me feel right at home. It was the perfect base to commute to and from the university, with a wide variety of shops close by. I hope to stay again sometime.

Claire's house is very comfortable and warm. The bedroom is very big and always well heated. There are very good connections to Leeds and to other parts of West Yorkshire. Claire is always available to help with any request but she is also very respectful of the guest's privacy. She has a lovely little dog that is very sociable and friendly

The small room is very warm and comfortable, and isn't too small. There's enough room to move around, there's a desk and kettle with tea bags and coffee. Lynn was kind enough to leave milk out in the morning too.

The room was nice. Warm and comfortable. The kitchen was good for making a cuppa. The shower was good. Check-in and checkout were fine.

The place is nice, the dog is nice, the host is nice, everything is nice. A little bit far away from city center but still walkable.

Sandy's room was a perfect place to stay for my trip to Leeds. It's a walkable distance away from Leeds City Centre. The room was warmly decorated, well lit up and everything that I needed was provided for. Sandy has really thought about his guests, and he was incredibly welcoming and friendly. I would highly recommend this place.

Really great, highly recommended, the host is so nice! !! Recommend to us the first bus app one-day ticket saves the cost of taking the bus, and also takes us to the city center. The breakfast prepared in the morning is also very good. If you have any questions, please help in time. Another dog is cute ~ I really recommend it

Sandy is a great and lovely host. The house is sparkling clean and the shower is great. Although the house is not in the city center, it is easily accessible as there is a bus stop 3 min away.
