The main bedroom is on the upper floor and the 2nd bedroom (two single beds) and bathroom on the lowest floor. Ideal for couples and families but not for the elderly or groups of 4 adults.

My apartment belongs to Ronco and has a magnificent view over Lake Maggiore. Distance to the village of Ronco: 10 min walk. Bus station "Cimitero" (cemetery) is 50m from the entrance. Ronco (353 m above sea level) has 700 inhabitants and 4 restaurants. Distance to Ascona: 15 min by car. The apartment has been completed in 2016 It is small (28 square meters) but nice (consistently new high-quality equipment). The apartment is a non-smoking apartment.

Beautiful studio completely renewed in 2022 in Ronco sopra Ascona. It has a kitchen, a bathroom with a shower and a private garden for guests (with the opportunity to eat). Less than a minute away there is a small store, open 7 days a week, with everything you need, even for cooking. The accommodation is equipped with WI-FI and a Smart TV (Zattoo, Netflix, ...). There is also a coffee machine and a small safe.

A small studio that has everything in the smallest space to be happy. If you want to spend your apartment holidays cheaply independently, this is the place to be. An ideal starting point to discover Ticino. Lake Maggiore at Füssen, the valleys and the centers ( Locarno, Bellinzona and Lugano) are also easily accessible by public transport and the ship goes to Italy to the markets almost at your doorstep.
