Book Alberto’s “La Chula” for a remote and intimate stay in the jungle. The road to get to the house is a little bumpy dirt road but it’s in a very safe location. Once you get to the house, you will be blown away by the beautiful eclectic building in the midst of the jungle. We were so satisfied with the spaciousness of the room and the amount of natural light!! The place is associated with Rio Secreto, a ~15 minute drive north from the bnb, this means you could get a discount if you book a Rio Secreto tour through the host, Alberto.

Alberto's place is very comfortable, clean, beautiful, the bed and pillows very comfortable, he is a super host. I highly recommend it.

The apartment is very clean and spacious. It is a very well located place and far from the tourist uproar. Alberto is very kind and will give you all the good addresses to know. I recommend this place.

We were made to feel very welcome by Alberto, with whom communication was easy. He shared a lot of recommendations for our trip. The house is beautiful, spacious, well equipped, with lots of charm. A little corner of paradise, close to the magnificent, calm and uncrowded beach of Paa Mul. Best airbnb-place I have stayed so far! We stayed at Alberto's place for two nights. It was way better that we could have imagined. Communication was fast and efficient and the check in was easy. Alberto and his helper were very friendly and gave us plenty of tips on what to do and also for our onwards travel. The room was very spacious and sparkeling clean and just much better than what we had expected. You will not regret staying here at Albertos jungle house.

This was the lodging that my girlfriend liked most on our walk through Quintana Roo. The house is great. It has very well selected touches of creativity. The room is gigantic. Really cool.

Super beautiful place and super comfortable !!

No wonder why Alberto is a super host! He is warm and super helpful, he made sure we were having a great time. He gave us great tips so we could enjoy the zone. I’m grateful we booked in la Chula, we loved the experience. The place is in the middle of the jungle (no kidding), a great getaway if you want to rest from crowds. It’s easier to get in & out if you have a car, it’s a 10-15 min drive from/to Playa del Carmen or 20 min from/to Akumal. Don’t hesitate to book with Alberto, you won’t be disappointed.

The accommodation completely exceeded my expectations. It is the luxury of a four-star hotel, coupled with a personal and self-sacrificing attitude of the host, placed into the action of nature. The place must be reached by car and then and then all the conveniences of Riviera Maya are readily available.

Alberto’s place is very quiet, stylish and comfortable. The place is spacious and in a beautiful setting. Alberto is very attentive host and responded fast. He was flexible with checkin time which really helped us. Also bought us mosquito spray as we didn’t have it. Highly recommend

We stayed one night at La Chula and wished we could have stayed longer. The pictures of this place are great-looking, but we were pleasantly surprised on arrival to find that the place is even better in person. Bright colors and beautiful jungle scenery outside, clean lines inside. Impeccably clean. Comfortable, big beds and good pillows. You go down a long dirt road to get there, which allows for a nice jungle feel. The dirt road is right off of 307, so convenient to restaurants and shopping. Perfect mix of hidden away and convenient proximity. We had some trouble finding the place the first time. We used the link in the listing and it took us to a completely different resort, which led to some confusion. I don’t know that that is the fault of the proprietor, though; could be an Airbnb goof.

Excellent place !

The best stay at the best price, are new apartments and all my week we had the pool and other facilities for me and my family, the studio is very cozy, the parking at the door, the bed really comfortable, in itself I have nothing bad or anything to do observation, I am very happy to have chosen this apartment, Omar at all times pending my arrival, And always very friendly, I would have liked my stay to be longer but now I understand why it is always full I will return without doubt very soon! Congratulations on this great space, do not forget to visit it!

A very good place, well conditioned with pool and easy access. Omar is a very receptive and attentive person who always maintains contact with his guests. There is a super market at 10 minutes walk where you can get very good quality food at low cost. The place is close to Playa del Carmen and is easily accessible by public transport or private vehicle. We liked it very much and if we return we will surely rent this site with Omar. Highly recommended

Excellent location to go as a couple to enjoy Cancun. It has security at the entrance of the complex, has a full kitchenette in case you want to prepare something and the shower is a delight (rain shower) that you will feel in a spa. The attention exceeded my expectations and I would definitely return on my next vacation.

Amazing apartment, complete with everything needed. Shower is not that strong. 4 beautiful dogs live in the house. We had a great time with Yvonne. Very recommended place 10 minutes walk to the beach, located in a great complex.

I had a great stay at my bedroom which looked very nice. There is a pool and she has a very big balcony which was convenient to enjoy dinner or breakfast. The location is within a gated community (my first time in such a gated c. which looked like from a US american film) which includes small shops. Bigger shops are right outside (bring a car or a bycicle) of this gated community where I bought my steak which I fried in a pan at her place. Must be a very modern gas cooking stove (not used to this in Europe) which was easy to use. Yvonne was quick & precise in response and was very friendly. She cared about the dogs and helped if needed. E.g. The balcony could be closed with a sliding door if I eate my steak in front of our 4 compassionate meetlovers 😉. The beach offers a nice snorkelling opportunity if the sea is calm to spot some fishes (but it is not a reef - in order not to exaggerate expectations). I would return again.

Yvonne was such a lovely host. It’s a very charming space with access to a beautiful pool and yard space. Really enjoyed Puerto Acenturas- lots of restaurants and quick taxi ride away from cenotes/zip lines/beaches. Cute dogs included!

Great location

Perfecto! On Airbnb, we always expect to get a little less than what the pictures appear, but this one was way beyond what we expected. Karla and Oscar were great and provided us with everything we could possibly want for our Akumal vacation.

Only a very brief stay, but all good. Exactly as described and very friendly and helpful hosts.

Karla and Oscar did a wonderful job making us feel welcome. Their apartment is perfect, no great view but just around the corner from the pool, lagoon and less than a block to the private beach. Perfect location...walking distance in a safe, security guarded community to everything you would possibly need.

The place is very comfortable, it has an excellent location a few steps from the beach, you have everything you need, and the owners always attend you well and advise you where to go and what to ask for food, you have your own kayak to walk and see the fish in the lagoon which was what most Taste me, apart from that you can go to the dolphinarium; I will definitely be back soon.

What a wonderful gem in Puerto Adventures. We stayed for 5 nights and wished our visit was longer. Great hosts, excellent location, great amenities. I recommend taking advantage of renting a golf cart and using the Omi day pass! We will definitely be back. I highly recommend staying here!!

We went here for my mother’s 80th Birthday as well as Christmas. It was the first time we used Airbnb. There was 18 of us. This place surpassed our expectations from the time we arrived to the day we said goodbye. The view is amazing, like being on the coast of Italy. The chef’s food was incredible and they were extreme accommodating. It’s centrally located and only a cab ride away from excursions and night life. The Villa was so very peaceful and you are surround by the jungle. The beaches are pristine. The staff quickly became our “friends”, making our stay so comfortable and effortless. Marco, our host, was exceptional. He went above and beyond for us no matter what was asked. I highly recommend this place whether you are a couple or a group. It was sensational.

Just awesome place and super hospitable hosts! The apartment is a minute walk from the perfect beach with clear blue water without algae and debris. A house in the city of Puerto Aventuras is a secure, guarded city. The apartment itself is very clean, bright and with an interesting design, all details are thought out to the smallest detail. Water pressure, internet, kitchen, bed - everything is perfect. From the bedroom window, greenery, from the window of the corridor you can watch dolphins and sunsets. The hosts are very nice, they told us a lot about Mexico, showed unusual non-tourist places, helped us in everything. I recommend to everyone!

Divine, from the moment I booked (after a bad experience with another Airbnb host) he contacted me to facilitate my arrival and give me tips according to our plans. He gave us a map of the marina to locate us more effectively; the location is exceptional and as if that were not enough, both Gaby and Artur besides being good hosts, excellent human beings. We hope to return soon with them and with the beautiful Kala (I also hope to be your neighbor soon haha) We loved being these few but very memorable days in your home!

I was very grateful for the unequaled hospitality I felt at home, they supported me in the transfer to my Congress at the Hotel Barceló. They were very friendly at all times, they always gave me support in the location of the places I wanted to go. Finally a very nice farewell where we toured the ruins that are in Puerto Aventura and shared a meal together. I am very happy that my first experience in Cancun was great. Thanks to Gaby and her boyfriend Arturo. Regarding the description of the department as shown in the photographs. Cleaning throughout the department with the basic elements included as mentioned on the page. I highly recommend the stay excellent people and hosts.

The place is beautiful as is the photos. The bed is super comfortable, the location is amazing, you see the dolphins from the window! Arriving was super simple from Playacar, once I got off the van I followed Gaby's instructions and arrived super fast. The hosts are super friendly and thoughtful. They helped me with directions and recommendations and even when my athernet cable broke down I needed to work. I recommend it super.

Excellent location, comfortable and very good treatment!

I had very great time staying in Gabys. The price is the best advantage but same time location, facility and everything else are just making my trip perfect.

Well kept apartment close to lots of things to see and do. Zero issues with noise or safety. Gaby and Artur were very accommodating helping with bags (even at 5 in the morning!!), showing us around and had printed copies of things to do in the area. Staying with them was a highlight of our trip and I highly recommend them over a resort.

Location and apartments are absolutely terrific!

María is the definition of a “Super Host.” Any questions we had were answered immediately, any issues were dealt with via message or Maria coming to the condo in person to assess a situation. The condo was lovely; the beach and pools were beautiful. The balcony overlooking the marina channel was probably our favorite spot. Convenient to restaurants, shopping, the dolphins. Maria's place is exactly as shown in her pictures. Maria herself is a superhost and one of the best hosts we have had the pleasure of meeting. A couple insights into Maria's place, that you may not know, the bed was extremely comfortable and the shower at her place was amazing. Location in Puerto Aventuras is as good as you can get, close to the village restaurants and steps to the best part of the beach.

In a very quiet area, with a lot of privacy, ideal for resting, but with access to everything. The apartment very well equipped, with everything you need. The divine pool It was like being at home by the sea.

It complies with everything in the announcement, the pool was practically for us, super well located, the cenotes very close, Tulum and the restaurant area is super! Lucas is the best host I have ever had. Not only was he super nice and responded right away when I wrote to him, he agreed to receive me very last minute after I had a very stressful, deceiving experience somewhere else. He also checked on me by text often to make sure I had everything I needed. The apartment is exactly as shown in the pictures and extremely clean. The kitchen is extremely well equipped and the shower's water pressure is great. If something was missing, or I asked him for something, he would bring it in the next few hours and he was super gracious, leaving me a 5-gallon water jug among other things. I got detailed instructions as to how to get to the home and for the whole stay, and many suggestions as to which beaches and places to visit. There is free parking, two swimming pools (I had them for myself every time I went) and there is a beach about 5 mn walking at a slow pace. I loooooved the balcony, that overlooks the swimming pool and palm trees. There is a street behind the fence but not a lot of cars pass throught it. All in all, I loved my stay at Lucas’ home and recommend him greatly!!

A very clean place, host is friendly and helpful

Laura is such a sweetheart! I was distressed when I arrived but her gentle nature calmed me right down. Every question I had she was able to answer and give advice on. She even helped in arranging my airport pick up. She was a great host. The space is great. It is comfortable, perfect for a couple. The door opens up the pool which is great. It is very quiet and very peaceful. The wifi does time out now and then and the hot water runs out after sometime of being the shower. This spot is great for a relaxing get away. It is located well, at the front of the estate. It is a 15min walk to super market, 10 min walk to the gas station and subway. It is a min walk down to the marina and restaurants, It is a nice walk.

Great place with an excellent view in a good location! We were able to walk to dinner and the beach and enjoyed some time by the pool. My only issue was the bed was VERY firm... almost felt like a box spring? Maybe it was just my preference but it’s worth mentioning. Otherwise excellent stay and host was quick to answer and accommodating. Even let us check in 4 hours early!

We just had a short but wonderful 2 day stay at Costa Brava B3 ➸ Awesome 2BD W/ Terrace Overlooking the Ocean. Eliane was so accomodating and available at all times to answer any of our questions quickly, efficiently, and thoroughly. Very kind and professional service and the unit itself was spectacular! Although we never used the pool, we did stop at the local supermarket before we checked in and used the communal grill (next to the pool) for a delicious steak dinner. The grill is charcoal, and fear not, the airbnb was equipped with Charcoal! They also brought us a fresh huge container of drinking water upon arrival, and we found all the tools in the kitchen to have our meals there. The pantry was equipped with some condiments and there was even coffee, tea, and sugar/creamer. No complaints, would definitely recommend, and we would love to return one day!

Our apartment was very good. The owner was very accommodating and very quick to respond with any questions. She is also flexible with check-in and check-out time, which was extremely helpful. The place was clean and had all of the necessities for a few night stay.

I found this apartment so nice and relaxing. It’s great if you want to be near to Akumal and driving distance to Playa Del Carmen. The apartment is in a gated community which makes it very very safe. It also has a beautiful Marina there where we stumbled across one of our now favourite restaurants in Mexico called Pelican Point. Amazing food! Beds are really comfortable and great AC so I slept really well here! A couple of times I also saw an Agouti which are rare to see, so that was cool. I stayed one extra night and they made extending my stay really easy. Thank you!

Very spacious apartment with great ocean views. The pool (shared) is very nice. The location is convenient and we were able to walk to many great bars and restaurants. Host was very responsive to any questions we had.

Villas del Mar is a very quiet and very well maintained complex with a family atmosphere. The apartment is very spacious and modern, exactly as described in the images. We would return with pleasure in the future!

This place is really lovely and cozy there was everything you need from towel to shower gel food drinks coffee books... Tere and Roy have been lovely. If i would have knew this place before I would defenetly stayed longer.

I had a great stay here! Roy gave me guidance on places to go and how to get around, and also took me to the airport when I left for a great rate. Throughout my stay, they ensured I had anything I needed and they checked on me which was so sweet and appreciated. The place is beautiful and peaceful. I’d definitely stay here again!

This is a terrific place! Tere and Roy are wonderful hosts. The private room with private entrance was perfect. We stayed one night as we were on our way to another destination, however we would consider coming back for a longer stay. Their home is clean and comfortable and the hosts were great. Roy spent time with us offering ideas for visiting many of the ruins and towns on the way to our final destination. The location of their home is very private and secure in a gated community. We had a delicious meal walking distance from their place the evening we arrived. Don't hesitate to book here. A real gem!

It is an excellent option to stay with everything nearby (Cenotes, Beaches, parks, Playa del Carmen and Tulum) The room is spectacular and the subdivision is first class. Roy and Tere are great guests and their recommendations are the best. This place is highly recommended.

The place is sparkling clean, with everything you need including coffee for the morning - after arrival in the middle of the night this was essential:) The people taking care of the apartment block are extremely nice and helpful. Communication with Maria was outstanding - always fast, super friendly and helpful. We got detailed instructions, lots of local tips which we highly enjoyed. The jacuzzi was a great touch, you can regulate temperature which for us was great comparing to another place we stayed:) The beds are super comfortable not only in master bedroom - our daughter who normally stays on the sofas in living rooms really admired hers and had great sleep. We didn’t use kayaks but they looked really nice. Location is perfect, close to everything in Puerto Aventuras, just short drive to lovely cenotes and other beaches, and supermarket is just 5 min away. Thank you Maria for the great stay, we would definitely come back whenever are nearby!

Everything is excellent: both the apartment and the location. There are any little things that you may need. But the most important thing is Maria’s attitude towards the guests. Maria’s place is absolutely beautiful. Everything inside is immaculate and has everything and anything you might need for your stay. It is in the perfect spot in Puerto Aventuras. You can walk anywhere from the location. Shops and restaurants are a 3 minute walk away and the grocery store is about a ten minute walk. We were overwhelmed by how beautiful it was and certainly did not want to leave. It’s in a nice quiet condo building with all the amenities. Cleaning person was wonderful also. Did an immaculate job every day! The three pools just topped it all off. We’re certainly hoping to return in the future. Maria herself was outstanding! Available any time you have questions and she reply’s right away. She also leaves a binder with all the information you need, including places to visit and where to eat and what they serve. We could not have hoped for a better place.

Maria's condo is amazing! Everything you could ever need for a beach vacation is included from chairs, umbrella, cooler bag, kayaks, floaties and much more. We enjoyed having coffee on the deck each morning watching the boats go out. We also took the kayaks out to this amazing sandy beach where we snorkled. It's a short 5 min. walk to the beach, places to eat and shop. My husband and I had 2 couples massages while there (within a 5 min walk) that cost $35 US per person, they were amazing! Maria is the best host I've ever worked with. If I had any questions she responded within minutes. She is amazing! If you ever stay in Puerto Adventures this is the place to stay.

What a GEM! We loved staying at Nery’s apartment. My boyfriend wanted to stay there forever, haha. Location: great spot in Puerto Aventuras, walking distance from the shuttle stop and the Chedraui which is one of the best supermarkets i have ever been in (it has EVERYTHING). Or you can take the moto taxi for cheap from the chedraui to the airbnb. It is located on a residential street with a lot of local character, it felt very safe and friendly. Nery was super communicative and helpful! One of the best hosts i have had. The apartment was spotlessly clean and beautiful. It had a great kitchen with a big stove and a brand new refrigerator. The bedroom was very comfortable, especially the powerful air conditioning. No hot water, but you wont miss it since it is usually very warm here. Wifi worked great, and we appreciated getting to relax and watch amazon prime on the couch. Highly recommended! A great central location to stay if you are visiting beaches or cenotes between playa del carmen and tulum!

Nery is a great host and his house is spacious, cozy and very clean. Good value for the price. The floor and bathroom are made of mramor! There's TV, good Wi-Fi and a huge fridge. Pay attention that there's no hot water in the house yet (that's written in the description in Spanish).

Nery was a great host! We came to the city only for one night. The entire flat was clean and cozy. We had our own bathroom, kitchen, living room and bedroom. Also, a private entrance! This is a great place for a short vacation. I would be more than happy to come back here one day. Highly recommended!

We spent a wonderful month at Deannis condo.This was our second time in Puerto Aventuras so we were familiar with the area and booked here because of the location on the beach.We were not disappointed and found the condo to be clean,well equipped and convenient to everything.We cooked most of our own meals but the many restaurants and bars were right around the corner if needed.We had no major issues while there but Deanni was readily available if needed.We would not hesitate to recommend this condo to anyone wishing to visit Puerto Aventuras.Thanks again Deanni for hosting us ,we very much enjoyed our stay. Our host was hospitable, helpful and resourceful. The apartment was clean, well equipped to cook if that is your desire, and rooms comfortable. The amenities super fun close to restaurants and dining. The beach access is a prime location. Beautiful and breathtaking kick back and relax.

Beyond expectations!! The view is prettier than the pictures describe. The complex is fantastic. Hardly anyone is ever in the pool. Was like having a private pool. Lounge chairs with plenty of shade were wonderful. No hauling all that stuff back and forth. Location is the best. Right across the street from all the restaurants and shops. The condo itself was very nice. The only thing I would clarify is that the second bedroom is a loft with no door or closet and not much head room. Otherwise, this is a perfect place to rent for a wonderful vacation.

PA has everything you need within walking distance There’s a supermarket just across the highway from the gates. About 20 min walk Just grab all the groceries you need and grab a 70 pesos cab back We do this the first day we arrive and good for our entire stay. Highly recommend this condo!!!!!!! Deanni, was a great host! She made sure to answer questions and respond quickly to everything. She provided a beautiful space, and everything you could need while there. She even got us a pack n play crib to use. It was a nice surprise that there was beach toys for our lil one to use. The condo has wonderful views of the beach and water. The security guards at the condo make you feel safe too. We really enjoyed our stay, and hope to visit again!

Excellent place to rest. Perfect, there is no noise and there are also rules in the condominium that help a lot to preserve the place as a resting place. We loved it!!! It also has everything in front, you walk out to dinner. It is the best beach perfect for grandparents and children. We will definitely be back.

We loved our stay in this condo in PA. It was our first time to PA and everything was perfect. Great host and great condo. The beach and pool were quiet and a 1 min walk from the front door. Lots of places to eat and things to do. I'd highly recommend staying here! We will definitely be back!

A comfortable and super quiet place, everything is very close, and it is a good point to plan visits everywhere xcaret, cenotes, ecoparks, tulum etc.

Tibor was very friendly and obliging. The apartment was a unique treehouse-like experience that felt very connected to the surrounding nature. It was clean and had the basics for cooking a meal. 5 minute walk from the beach and 10 minute walk from Chedraui. We were pleased with our stay.

Tibor is very helpfull, studio is nice, perfect for single or a couple. Sitting outside is very nice.

This place is awesome. We had a great stay and benefit a lot from his insider tipps. Tibor is an excellent guide and more than helpful. We received a lot of recommendation during the stay and even some further contacts for Tulum. He knows about travelling the world and understand the needs. His flat is located on top of the house. We never had a flat like this. Pretty cool for us. More over it part of a gated community with access control and securities. You can keep inside for example for restaurants or dolphins show or drive out to close cities like playa del carmen, Akumal or one of this hundred cenotes. Therefore it is a perfect homebase for trips.

Me and my friend had an awesome time here in Puerto Aventuras. The appartment was everything we expected and more. It was superclean, cute, perfect for a couple and also friends. The communication with Tibor was really smooth and he also gave us any tips and help that we needed to really enjoy our days at the riviera maya. If someone loves to watch sunsets on the roof or have beautiful breakfasts on the balcony I can only recommend that place.

Lovely walkable location on the lagoon with great views.

You will not be disappointed with this studio. The view and access to the lagoon was amazing. It was very quiet. We were able to take the kayaks and paddle board out every day. The pool was right out our back door. The hosts live next door and were super accommodating, offering us tips on where to go and even making calls for us to make things even more convenient. They are very kind and take pride in their place. We walked about a mile and a half to the super market a couple times. Bought our groceries and caught a taxi back. It was very easy. But you can also catch a taxi both ways of course. We enjoyed our short walks to the nearby Marina. You will find several Pharmacies and a couple convenience stores. We think OXXO had the best prices for convenience items. Some restaurants were better than others, but it really depends on what you like to eat, so we won’t comment on our personal disappointments in the food. Marc is a good resource to let you know his take on the best restaurants! Our recommendation, which we took from another recommendation that we read, is the visit Hippos for the Avocado Ceviche. We actually ate it three times that week! If you are looking for a peaceful, beautiful stay in Puerto Adventuras, you will love this place!

Excellent place and Marc a great person and good host.

Marc exceeded our expectations in all regards. He always had prompt replies to our questions, great suggestions, and was easily accessible and helpful. The condo was very clean, had plenty of fresh linens, good AC, the bed was firm and comfortable, neighbors were quiet, views are beautiful, and the community is safe. We loved using the kayaks, taking refreshing dips in the pool, and using the provided bicycles to get around Puerto Aventuras! His condo is a bike ride away from 4 different local cenotes, so it is easy to go explore them on your own for a day, it is close to a couple resorts if you want to purchase a day pass and enjoy them for a day, and it is close to local beaches, restaurants, marinas, and other activities inside Puerto Aventuras as well. Thank you, Marc and Norma for your hospitality during our stay! We would love to return someday.

Marc & Norma will make you feel very welcome. The studio is very spacious and comfortable with a private patio just steps from the pool. The property is on a lagoon perfect for kayaking or swimming. Walk to restaurants and the ocean. Perfect location & perfect hosts!

This was our 3rd trip to Puerto Aventuras and if you’re looking for a truly relaxing vacation, look no further. Marc and Norma’s place is exactly as described and it was such a needed getaway! The listing was exactly as described and maybe even a little understated. The condo was beautiful and the lagoon is stunning and quiet, unlike the beach, which was a welcomed amenity. The kayaks and paddleboard were put to good use! The communication I had with Marc before and during our stay was great and much appreciated, as he offered to set up transportation and gave us great recommendations. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will absolutely be staying here again on our next visit!!! Thank you for the wonderful stay :)

Excellent accommodation to get to rest after a day of activities. Everything works, and it is very close to restaurants and amusement parks.

Excelent apartment with a very comfortable bed, the environment is silent, safe, a few steps from the pool that overlooks the canal of the marina, has air conditioning and a small kitchen but enough for the necessary, the bathroom is comfortable, has satellite tv, the relationship between quality and price is excellent, the neighborhood has all the amenities and even with dolphinarium, whenever I can I will, 100% recommended.

The place is great. The location is just perfect. If you want to go to places like Xcaret, Tulum or some very nice cenotes, this place is your best option. Also, the neighborhood is super safe, you need to clear two checkpoints before getting to the house. Highly recommended

Words can’t even explain how great this house is. The community and view alone is absolutely amazing!! Our host Ana went above and beyond to take care of us. She responded every time within minutes. We highly recommend the chef, it was a great highlight of our stay. Ana set us up with contacts for airport transportation, taxi services to pizza deliveries . We love this place and Ana!

There truly aren’t words to describe how amazing this place is. Located inside a very secured gated community. As soon as you pull up to the house into the driveway you’re blown away. This house is luxury accommodations at its best. Stylish, clean, modern, safe, easy check in, host replies in timely manner, beautiful, serene. The host connected me with a transportation company and an in home chef. The cleaning services came every morning Monday - Saturday and cleaned the house. There’s a large super market 10 minutes away. The host always replied in a timely manner. The bedrooms are huge! Only issue was the WiFi was down in the neighborhood during my stay so I was unable to watch television like I wanted, but that was out of the host control. She did everything she could to try to get the company to get it up and running. I would DEFINITELY stay at this property again. I will definitely be returning. Ana is truly amazing!

The house was incredible and we had such a great time staying here. The pictures are all accurate and the place exceeds expectations in real life. I’d suggest following the instructions from the host how to get to the house very closely or else you may get lost and drive around for a while like we did. We will definitely try to stay here again!!

We were expecting to find a great house and let me tell you, the pictures don’t do it justice. I mean it looks amazing on pictures but it’s even better in real life ! We had an amazing stay. The house is beautiful, so spacious, perfect for our group of 7 people. Each room is huge, they have their own private bathroom, perfect for privacy. The view... you can’t beat it. It was a pleasure to look at everyday. You almost don’t want to go out on excursion because you just want to enjoy the house. And that’s what we did. We spent a lot more time at the house than we were originally planning. Everything was easy to use. Very clean, the maid were there everyday at the time we were telling them. And they were very discret. A lot of restaurant would deliver food to the house. Location was key. The fact that we were in the bay, just a few meters from the beach/sea was great because the water was always calm and smooth even if the sea was rough. So we were able to enjoy the pool and the bay everyday. And there was no problem of Seagrass at the house, compare to other places on the beach. Ana was great at responding any question I had. It’s one of those house that when you leave you already picture yourself going back ! And we might do that !!

This is honestly the best place at the best location. I first booked it by mistake thinking it was Tulum, but I have to say it was the best mistake ever! The area is gated and secure. You have everything you need to have a good time; a beautiful beach, pool, restaurants, bars, Dolphins, shops, etc... Prices are way cheaper compared to Tulum and it is just a 20 minutes driving trip from it. You walk outside the gated area and you can enjoy the most amazing tacos and fresh fruit from locals. Cenotes Mayan Ruins and Akumal are right around the corner. This was my first solo travel and being at this place made it PERFECT! Elizabetta, the owner, and Lucas were exceptional. I couldn’t ask for anything better. They both went the extra mile to make me feel comfortable and they certainly did. Weather you are with family, friends or Solo traveling, this is the perfect spot. You have it all! I rented a car and it gave me the freedom to explore and see everything I wanted to see. Don’t waste your time looking for something “better”. If you are renting the whole apartment, you’ll have the pool and beach right in front of you. If you take the room. You’ll find everything you need.. space, a nice bathroom, a safe, closet, etc... Go for it, you won’t regret it!

Excellent location, in a subdivision with restaurants, cafes, bars, bakeries, Oxxo, pharmacies, private pool and beach. The room is clean, beautiful, pleasant and comfortable, with minibar, coffee maker, TV, air conditioning. The bathroom is clean and comfortable. Just perfect. Lucas is a great person, always kind, attentive; He gave us excellent advice and recommendations. The only regret is that I could not enjoy more days in the accommodation.

It was great, the room is very good and the location exceptional, we had access to the best beach in the marina, the swimming pool is top, the marina is ideal for families, it is quiet and there is everything on square. We warmly thank Lucas and Elizabeth for their hospitality and kindness, they are very friendly people. Lucas was very good advice throughout our stay, he knows the good addresses, places to visit, always available if needed. I highly recommend !!

It is a great place to stay in a gated community, it has everything you need. We recommend taking a walk by dolphinarium where most likely you will see playful dolphins. Our kids loved to observe them. Restaurants can be a little bit expensive, depending on your budget. The place has a really big swimming pool and a nice beach. Altogether, we really had a great stay. It also helped that we had a rental car so we took a few trips to cenotes and Tulum, Coba, etc.

Great place to just let go and relax without much more to do, just be quiet in front of the sea and enjoy the tranquility.

Wonderful condo in a fantastic location right on a beautiful beach. Many amenities in the area. You would never really need to leave. Lots of great restaurants, shopping, etc. No vendors on the beach which is a first for us. Gina was great with communication. We would definitely come back!

You can not stay in a place with a better view, right on the beach. With a grill & a fantastic beach side deck with ample seating, it’s a perfect place for outside dining. There is snorkeling gear to use, everything you ask for, including a juicer, in the kitchen & a comfy king size bed that feels like you are at home.

What a great condo in such an amazing location! We had everything we needed and the view was awesome. We loved walking right out the door to the beach or a 2 minute walk to the restaurants and shops. Thanks for sharing your place with us!

What an amazing property. The location is perfect with many restaurants close by and incredible snorkeling steps from the condo (stingrays even). The condo itself was just as advertised if not better. We had every supper for seven nights on the balcony with that incredible view. We will definitely be returning and highly recommend this property to anyone looking in this area.
