On foot it is approx. 7 minutes to the center of Ulm and Ulm Cathedral and the train station is also only 3 minutes away. You also have a fully equipped kitchen with induction, refrigerator, toaster, kettle, coffee machine (Tassimo) and dishes. In addition to the box spring bed (2 m x 1.80 m) in the sleeping area, the two sofas in the living room can each be pulled out into a 2 m x 1 m bed with slatted frame. The terrace is freely accessible to all guests!

After an excursion on the Swabian mountains, you can slow down and enjoy the panoramic view of the mountains from the balcony.
