A separate entrance leads to the combined living/sleeping area. Despite the exposed location, you can reach the highway and Brannenburg with many shopping opportunities in 15 minutes. Lake Chiemsee is 25 km away, while Munich, Salzburg and Innsbruck can be reached within an hour. Even day trips to South Tyrol are no problem.

Relax in this special and quiet space. This small 3-room apartment is located at the foot of the picturesque market square of Neubeuern. Due to the special layout, the different ceiling heights, the additional wood stove and the individual room design, this "upper room" gets a certain "nest character". Balcony and terrace are available as well as a parking space and a bicycle shed (possibly also bicycles). ... suitable for winter sports enthusiasts!!!

This lovingly furnished log cabin with its own balcony offers all the comforts you could wish for. The kitchen is fully equipped, and the dining and living area is designed to accommodate larger groups. The heart of the wooden house is our large masonry stove, which keeps the cabin wonderfully warm and cozy in winter. The cabin is located along the Inn river, just before the Austrian border, giving you quick access to all kinds of mountain sports.
