NIKA Loft is a stylishly furnished 70 sqm attic apartment in downtown Rosenheim. During the core renovation 5 years ago, practically everything was renewed, except for the old roof construction, which gives the apartment a lot of charm and warmth. The advantages of the apartment are the quiet location with simultaneous proximity to the center and train station (10 minutes' walk), the spacious living space, 1 private parking space + public parking spaces in front of the door and the proximity to nature with the state horticultural show grounds.

The designer loft apartment consists of a spacious room with a large sofa bed (for permanent sleepers) and TV as well as a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher and a modern bathroom for exclusive use. The house is quietly located in the middle of the forest on a clearing. Parking right outside the door. A place to relax and recharge. The bakery and local restaurants are within walking distance. Swimming lakes (Chiemsee, etc.), bike tours (BikePark Samerberg) and the mountains are right outside the door.

Just 8 kilometers from Lake Chiemsee and Lake Simssee. Centrally located between Munich and Salzburg and away from the hustle and bustle and in every season.

Our guesthouse is absolutely quiet and secluded on the outskirts of Törwang with unobstructed views of the Hochries and the Inn Valley. In the summer of 2020, 2 low-energy wooden houses made of local woods were built completely pollutant-free. A place to let go and breathe deeply. With its own garden and southwest terrace. The vacation home has a large living room with a carpenter kitchen, dining table and sofa bed with a spring core mattress (200 x 160 cm) and a bedroom & bathroom with a shower.

Maja's hut - fairytale time out in the forest

Majas Hütte is a former hunting lodge in the middle of the forest, which has been transformed into a cozy nest. The small wood-burning stove in the rustic room with kitchenette generates cozy warmth, while a second stove in the bedroom ensures a feel-good atmosphere. From here you have access to the terrace, where you can enjoy the first rays of sun or the moonlight and starry sky. And if you are patient, you may be rewarded at dusk with a visit from deer, foxes or rabbits!

Apartment "Heuberg" in the Inn Valley

1-room apartment on the first floor of an apartment building. It is great for active vacationers. Hikes and bike tours in the surrounding mountains can be started directly from the front door. An outdoor swimming pool is in the immediate vicinity. In winter, several ski and toboggan areas can be reached within about 20-40 minutes. It is conveniently located between Rosenheim and Kufstein and can be reached via the highway. Munich and Salzburg can be reached in about 1 hour.

Relax in this special and quiet space. This small 3-room vacation apartment (approx. 50 m2) is located at the foot of the picturesque market square of Neubeuern. Due to the special room layout, the different ceiling heights (attention: ceiling height sometimes only 2 meters and also low door frames), and the additional wood-burning stove, this "upper room" has a certain "nest-like character." A balcony and terrace are available, as are a parking space and a bike shed.

The modern furnished apartment is located on the ground floor of our small family house and radiates Tyrolean coziness. The beautiful view from the living area and terrace over the fields Achenkirch, directly to the Rofan Mountain range and the Seekarspitze, facilitates leaving behind everyday stress and invites you to enjoy and relax. This lovingly furnished log cabin with its own balcony offers all the comforts you could wish for. The kitchen is fully equipped, and the dining and living area is designed to accommodate larger groups. The heart of the wooden house is our large masonry stove, which keeps the cabin wonderfully warm and cozy in winter. The cabin is located along the Inn river, just before the Austrian border, giving you quick access to all kinds of mountain sports.

The romantic, individually and lovingly furnished apartment in the quiet, charming Künstlerhaus has a large balcony with a magical view of the mountains. The house is located on the outskirts of the village in an enchanted garden. It is an ideal retreat from which wonderful excursions can be undertaken. The house has a small wooded area with its own viewing platform.
