Lydia and Hans are awesome. Your treatment and help are exquisite. The kindness, the desire to help etc. They are an example. They even kindly accompanied me, from Rossholzen to Brannenburg by car so that I could catch the train from Munich with a very annoying rain. If I had to give a grade from 1 to 10 I would give them a 15 !!!

Claudia's place is a wonderful stay. Clean, cozy, and charming with a great hostess. A smaller, but comfortable room was available to us as well as her couch to accommodate everyone's sleeping space. She made us an outstanding breakfast both days that was much appreciated. I don't think it is in the listing, but she does have a (very sweet and nice) dog that lives with her in the apartment, so just be aware if you have allergies. She also does not have wifi at her place, but generously offered to let us use her computer if we needed, so just a head's up if you will need internet during your trip.

In the morning preparing breakfast and herself! pours you coffee. She has a dog, similar to Chubaku)) but very calm and friendly. I will definitely come back here This is something incredible! We have been three nights. Traveled from there to SkiWelt to ski. The spaces were clean and ideal for us. In the kitchen we could easily prepare a meal. There was even a dishwasher. The communication with Rosie went smoothly and quickly.

Susanne's place is a great place to use as a base when exploring Rosenheim and the surrounding area. The room is an easy walking distance from the train station and all local amenities. The room was also clean, warm and spacious. All in all we had a great stay and would happily recommend Susanne's place to others.

I feel comfortable here! Since I study part-time in Rosenheim, I have to be on site every 2-3 weeks. I am happy to be able to live with Helga every time, not only that it is clean and I can relax - the hospitality of the two is special. In short I feel at home ♥ ️

These hosts are helpful and very warm. They are totally flexible when it comes to check-in and are always available if you need anything. You can have a nice chat with them and you have even lent us your e-bikes. They are also happy to help if you have any questions about the area or excursion destinations. For breakfast they provide a board, cups, tea bags and kettle, which is very useful and a beer and water welcome you in the fridge. The room is magically beautiful just like the place itself.

The accommodation is very nice and great. It was squeaky clean and communication, check in etc. were straightforward. It is also close to Rosenheim and we can only recommend it. :)

Clean and quite place at an ideal location.

As the very first guest, I was allowed to be a guest in Cherif's beautiful old-style apartment, and I felt completely at ease. Cherif is very attentive and friendly and a great host. The room is extremely spacious, much larger than it looks in the pictures and is located in such a way that privacy is absolutely guaranteed despite shared apartment use. You are also extremely fast on foot in the city center. The apartment is really great - absolutely recommendable!

We had a great and unfortunately much too short time in the apartment. Everything exceeded our expectations, especially the hospitality! We like to come back :-)

“Warm” describes this place best. The 400 year old farmhouse provides a warm atmosphere, the fireplace warms up the house and the host welcomes you with a warm heart. Franziska is interior designer and her guest house is her masterpiece. The area is quiet, the alps are in view distance. Perfect place for a rest to recharge the batteries.

Everything was fine for the price

The very comfortably furnished log cabin shines not only through its tiled stove a cozy warmth. The kitchen is equipped with all the utensils needed for cooking. The lower floor is also a large double bed as in the EC. In addition, you can on cold days in the basement to approve a bubble bath. An adventure for children is the triple bed, which can be reached with a large ladder. If someone wants to rent the house in the summer, there is a small garden, which is equipped with a barbecue and sun loungers. On the south side you can settle comfortably on the terrace and enjoy the sun. In the village Neubeuern there are numerous restaurants, which are also within walking distance.

This place is amazing! We came for a skiing weekend with our daughter and son in law and absolutely loved it. The fireplace was already lit when we got there. Elisabeth is a great Host and always immediately answered any questions we had. It was 30 minutes to the Sudelfeld Ski Area and we made great use of it. We spent the evenings at the cabin and fixed our dinners there, everything we needed was provided. We loved it here and plan to be back.

Cozy place loved the wood stove !

We were really looking forward to our cozy home for the three nights. Elisabeth brought us home-baked cookies to the preheated room. It was really nice and relaxing with oven fire and home-cooked meals. A baker around the corner makes great pretzels. Walks at the inn in the morning were nice. The thing that was especially important to us was parking and the key in a locker which allowed us to check in at our own time. The accomodation was really unique and interesting! The fact that it has a cosy and unusual pub with a fireplace and a great selection of whiskeys below is definitely a plus! A detail like low pressure in bathroom washbasin was not a problem really, only acceptable...

Very good price - performance ratio. Kitchen could still be a bit pimped up (for example, garbage bags, salad bowl) in the bathroom (shower wall shaky). Thanks, it was very nice.

Very colorful apartments. We rested at number 8. Beautiful views from the windows and from the balcony. The apartments are quite simple, but they have everything you need. The house has an elevator. Free parking right in the yard. We were very pleased.

Hans and Lydia are great hosts and happy to accommodate requests. In the village there is hardly any cell phone reception, the WLAN breaks down sometimes, but then comes back again. That should be considered in business trips.

Clean, bright and well located apartment, in a small hamlet typical of Samerberg. Possible walks from the cottage. Central location for visiting Munich, the Chiemsee, but also hiking in the Tyrol. Possibility of swimming in the hamlet (the weather unfortunately did not allow us to enjoy it). Lydia was very good advice for the suggestions of walk or the good addresses.

The apartments are located in a good location in the center of a quiet, lovely village, from which you can easily and quickly get to the desired tourist sites. The apartments themselves are large, clean and comfortable, very originally decorated, like the whole house of Johannesa. Restaurant on the 1st floor of the house is an added bonus.

Wood Lounge is across from a forest. Therefore it is also quiet. No street noise or anything else. Top modern furnishings and very clean. There is everything you need. TV, ice box, hair dryer, towels, bed linen, coffee machine, kettle, etc. A great little front garden. Everything 1A. Better than many guest rooms or hotel rooms at a really great price. Price-performance ratio absolutely top. Parking directly in front of the room. Gasteberin is very nice and friendly. Always looking forward to come back.

We were warmly welcomed by Diana, the wife of Dominik, and provided with many tips on what to do in the area. The quiet, clean and nicely furnished accommodation is located directly opposite a forest and therefore rightly bears the name Woodlounge. Not only the surrounding nature, but also the good coffee from the fully automatic machine provided a good start to the day. We will be back.

The small and cozy "apartment" is located on the ground floor of the new house of the landlord. Everything is clean, even a coffee maker. From the small terrace you look over a little road directly to the forest. A few meters in the other direction is a river in which we have even had a quick swim - a tip from the host. Dominik and Diana were very nice and tried !!

Angelika was very helpful and gave us great insider tips. She came late for check-in for private reasons, which was totally okay as she gave us the key. We, my friend, my mother and I felt very well and welcome with her. My friend was also able to chat with her when my mother and I slept.
