The Little House on the Hill at the eastern end of Warburton overlooks the chooks, the veggie patch, the orchard and across the valley to gorgeous 270° views. It is next door to the Big House, set on an acre that slopes down to the Yarra River. A great swimming spot on hot days and a good way to access the town and the rail trail (five minutes there, maybe ten minutes return - uphill). There are plenty of lovely walks nearby including the Aqueduct Trail that starts further up the hill.

It is self contained and provides accommodation for 1,2 , 3, or 4people.All cooking equipment is available in the kitchen and a carport is at the door. Glorious views of state forest. Suitable for children but need supervision. The house stays very warm in winter with a cozy wood fire and cool in the summer shaded by a large beech tree.
