Spacious light-filled studio

Escape to 'Oak Leaves' studio, nestled under a canopy of oak trees on the quieter side of the Mornington Peninsula. We’re a board riding family who want to share our story with you. The comfortable queen bed, lounge area with smart TV & Bluetooth speakers provides a relaxing atmosphere. Prepare meals in the kitchenette & Webber. Take advantage of the private fire pit & pick fresh produce from the shared vegie patch. With your own parking & entry this is a perfect base for exploring the area.

The Studio Somers

Once a beach shack, became an artist’s studio, then rescued as a comfortable home and holiday escape, close to the beach and Somers General Cafe. A wonderful place to sit and relax, walk on the beach or explore local wineries and farm produce. In order to safely manage the conditions brought with COVID (and maintain our low tariff) we introduced a 3 night minimum. We are now able to offer a 2 night stay but this is at a higher rate than a stay for 3 nights or more. Please enquire for the rate.

Lakehouse Estate is on 3 acres with private lake.

Lakehouse Estate is a newly completed home on 3 acres with private clear lake forming the centre piece. 4 of the 6 modern bedrooms each with ensuites over look the lake and face east so the sunrises are spectacular. If not a morning person simply hit the button and the auto block out blinds come down. The kitchen opens up to the lake across a large deck with BBQ. With your own mini beach, gym, large av room and separate kids room all will be entertained or escape and find your peace and quiet.

The Barn Hideaway - Mornington Peninsula

The charm of a barn with all the comforts of a home & only a stones throw from the vast Mornington Peninsula attractions. "The Barn" is unique & charming, cozy & private. Soaring ceilings, picturesque windows, cozy wood fire, private courtyard with BBQ, firepit & private parking. The large bedroom has a super comfy king-size bed, ensuite with large shower, fully equipped kitchen with Smeg appliances & laundry facilities & split heating/air-conditioning.
