A beautiful, spacious house with modern equipment. The windows have double glazing so that it is quiet inside. There is no garden, but there is a sunny terrace in front. The house is in the middle of the pleasant village. In July / August there is a village party at the wine cellar every Wednesday evening. Super cozy and tasty food! The village of Ouroux and Morvan is centrally located. Lac des Settons is ideal for water sports. The annual fête de la vielle in Anost, held in August, is an experience. We enjoyed the music and dance of the people of the Morvan. For those who do not seek mass tourism, a visit to the Morvan and this location is recommended.

This small house is ideal to spend a week or more for a peitite family or a couple wanting calm. 2 steps from the dam, you have all activities 5 minutes by car or for the brave on foot or by bike without suffering the nuisance. I recommend more Adrien is very accomodating and friendly.

Adrien is a very friendly and accommodating host. The location is perfectly located, near the lake, restaurant and small grocery store while being quiet. We shared the address without hesitation with family and friends.

The accommodation is perfect. Everything has been thought in every detail. Nothing is missing, until the little attention for the arrival. The accommodation is ideally located, right next to the lake, ideal for bike rides. The parking down the house is really convenient. Adrien is very accomodating and attentive and allowed us to leave early the last day. The small grocery store nearby repairs well, however for more serious races, allow 1/2 hour to get to Saulieu. This allows to discover a little more the region and to pass next to the Saut du Goulou, a place not to be missed. For fans of the laptop, you may be disappointed, access to the network is random around the lake and also housing, sometimes correct, sometimes nonexistent. This allows you to pick up, to disconnect and it is not worse. Internet access is provided via the wifi present in the house and in case of imponderable a phone is available which Adrien communicates the number. In short, sports and relaxing holidays, in a quiet environment. Perfect.

For most connected, attention, no network (orange and free) but good Wi-Fi (we were able to connect all 3 without problem). Even in winter because the heating works well.Karim is very friendly and responds quickly.A little jewel outside of time very pleasant. A small downside: you have to go fishing for information: there is no sign to indicate the chalet. I arrived at night and without the help of a neighbor I could not find it. Another thing: zero network in this chalet. To have wifi (which works well, however) you must use the code, located on the back of La Box. But otherwise, the stay is really great.

The house is very nice. Spacious, bright, well equipped, we had a great stay. The "early risers", the "late risers" can live at their own pace without disturbing others because the rooms are well isolated from the "living rooms". On rainy days we enjoyed the fireplace, the views of the garden and the surrounding nature. The days of good weather we enjoyed the hiking trails around the lakes or along the rivers. For hikers there is enough hiking within 10 km of the house, no need to drive miles. I recommend this address to families, or group of friends who seeks calm, relaxation, nature activities. Camille was very welcoming and punctual.

Place was in a lovely quiet area in the French wilderness. Great reception from our hosts and they were very accommodating for two exhausted motorcyclists! A couple of restaurants about 30 minute walk - it is a quiet area so not too much else about. That did add to its charm! P.S the typically French breakfast was exquisite! :)

Marie Hélène is a very pleasant, available and friendly host! Despite the late hour we arrived, Marie Hélène welcomed us with open arms! A wood fire and two chocolate creams awaited us. The cottage is very pleasant: stone and wood have their place. The view is sublime; we hear the sound of the river flowing a little lower; the living room is very cozy; in short, everything is absolutely perfect! Marie Hélène even allowed us to leave the cottage at the time we wanted. Do not hesitate: go to Marie Hélène's eyes closed!

We had a great time! Perfect for visiting the region!

We spent 3 nights in the gîte between December 21 and 24. From our reservation Marie-Hélène was very responsive to respond to our requests. The lodging is well indicated and we were easy to find (in the rain and at night). Marie-Hélène came to help us settle in. When we arrived the cottage was perfectly clean, a fire was burning in the fireplace and Marie-Hélène had prepared us homemade cakes as well as chocolate creams. The well-equipped kitchen allowed us to prepare to eat like at home. We are walkers and the cottage is ideally located for this because a path (PR) passes 200 meters away and what a joy after several hours of walking to take a hot shower (Marie-Hélène provides shampoo and good shower gel quality as well as very soft towels) and relax on the sofa facing the fireplace (with Marie-Hélène's cat on her lap). Time passed quickly, the day of departure Marie-Hélène was patient when we exceeded the departure time (a quarter of an hour) while waiting for other residents for the same day. We highly recommend Marie Hélène's gîte and would return there with eyes closed.

Back to the Croisettes for a quiet little weekend by the fire. Always the same pleasure!

Apartment really very well located thanks to its proximity to several lakes! A 1 min walk, bakery and small grocery store that are convenient + the restaurant L'Auberge Ensoleillée, perfect for dining in an authentic and family. The apartment is clean, consistent with the description. The terrace is nice. The bedding of the main bed very good! And the great calm has marked us, we sleep really well. In addition to that, Annick is really very warm and humane, it was very nice.

A large studio with balcony, everything is perfect, clean, bright, pleasant to the eye, we park in the garden, there is an excellent traditional restaurant at the door next door. And Annick is charming, very helpful, caring! We dream of going back!
