Small chalet located on a peninsula, intended for relaxation, swimming (direct access to the river) and lounging on the large 70 m2 terrace overlooking the goat meadow. The chalet is composed of a 30 m2 living room, where the living room equipped with a wood stove, a sofa bed, a fully equipped kitchen, a shower and toilet coexist. A lovely vacation home with a swimming pool and large sun terrace. Where you will find a combination of old elements from the adjacent farm with new elements such as a new kitchen and bathroom. Air conditioning on 2nd floor, fan on ground floor. The house is on the outskirts of the village of Alluy at the foot of the Morvan. You will experience the quiet countryside but also the coziness of the very nearby villages and harbors along the Canal de Nivernais.
