Spacious and independent chalet delivered in 2023 with original architecture. Summer and winter It gives very easy access (5 minutes) to the areas of Morzine and Avoriaz. A shuttle bus passes by in winter to take you to the skiing. Facing south, it is located in a small hamlet typical of Haute-Savoie. A large balcony and private terrace offer views of the surrounding mountains. Modern, well-equipped, it is very functional with its 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms.

Chalet Yukinko, managed by Elevation Alps is a newly built luxurious chalet in 8 minutes walk to the Super Morzine ski lift. Sleeping up to 12 guests in 5 ensuite bedrooms.  It has a hot tub, sauna and treatment room and for that cosy night in there is a cinema room. With uninterrupted views to the slopes of the Pleney, the chalet has been designed with luxury and comfort in mind, as well as capitalizing on its south facing location.
