We offer an apartment on the heights of Morzine towards Avoriaz, allowing you to enjoy exceptional views of the valley and the ski area. 5 beds are possible, the recommended capacity is 4 people. It was updated in 2021. The residence is quiet. At the foot of the residence you will find a bus stop for line C. A vehicle is recommended. The residence has a heated communal swimming pool open from 15/06 to 15/09.

In summer, you can enjoy the residence's swimming pool (heated in July and August) to relax in the sun. In winter, the free shuttle bus departing from the foot of the building takes you directly to the Morzine-Les Gets area (from December 2025 to the end of March 2026).
