The apartment is in mint condition, has rural modern furnishings and is very well equipped. Frasdorf lies at the foot of the Chiemgau mountains, nestled in the gentle hills of the Alpine foothills. Just 8 kilometers from Lake Chiemsee and Lake Simssee. Centrally located between Munich and Salzburg and away from the hustle and bustle and in every season.

The 30 m² apartment is divided by a partition into a living room and bedroom with sofa and double bed. Small cozy kitchen and integrated seating area. And a bathroom. The apartment price includes the Saalachtaler Sommercard so you can use the natural forces Seisenberg and Vorderkaserklamm as well as the mountain railway for free. The card is valid from May to October.

The chalet is directly accessible by car. Parking is included. From here you can enjoy many hiking tours, mountain bike tours, climbing opportunities, rafting, thermal baths and numerous excursions with family or friends.
