We created the "Za górami za lasami" settlement out of love for the mountains, mornings with views of the peaks and a passion for hiking and MTB. If it is important for you to immerse yourself in nature, but at the same time you are looking for a place that will give you access to attractions such as trekking routes, bicycle routes or ski lifts, then we are for you. It is a place for families with children, groups of friends or singles, as long as you value nature and peace. The settlement is located in the Śnieżnicki Landscape Park.

A room in a quiet area

I will rent a comfortable, bright room in a quiet area surrounded by a forest. The Polanica promenade is within a 10-minute walk through the forest (a popular shortcut) or a little further along the asphalt road. Equipment: kitchenette + pots, pans, dishes and cutlery. Comfortable double bed with the possibility of adding an extra bed. Wardrobe with mirror, dresser, ironing board, iron, TV with Netflix apps. There is a barbecue and a table with chairs. The area is very quiet with a view of the mountains.

RONA Apartment

A modern, spacious and elegant apartment in the mountains in the very center of the charming ski town of Stronie Śląskie. Just 200 meters from the indoor swimming pool and sports hall. It is a perfect place for people who like mountain trips and for lovers of white madness. The surrounding ski resorts (including the famous Czarna Góra 4 km away) will provide beginners and advanced skiers with many impressions in winter and breathtaking views and hiking and cycling trails in summer.

"Gaweł" Apartment

The apartment in the former Gaweł holiday home in Międzygórze is an extraordinary place that combines history with modern comfort. The 1900 building impresses with its architecture and unique atmosphere, which attracts lovers of nature and history. The house offers everything a family needs for a holiday: in an idyllic landscape you will find a cozy space that is friendly to all fans of peace and quiet. Nearby there are routes for hiking and biking. The large garden has a barbecue, deck chairs and a wonderful terrace. The area is also suitable for trips with small children. In the village and surrounding towns there are shops, a ski slope and travel agencies organizing trips to eg Prague.

We created the Salonik apartment with the idea of a cozy space for people who are eager to relax close to nature, who love independence, silence and the warmth of a living fire. Designed for 2 to 5 people, Salonik is just as good for a romantic chillout for two as well as for a family trip out of town. The Salonik apartment with an independent entrance from the outside is a space of approx. 45 m2 of an adapted attic in an old, Sudeten barn.

Rychlebské hory - Accommodation Na Staré Pekárně

The former old bakery u Beků can be found in the village of Vlčice in the Jeseník district in the tourist locality of the Rychlebské Mountains. Comfortable accommodation, which was renovated in 2019, is suitable for both couples and families with children. The accommodation is prepared in four cozy rooms. The apartment has its own entrance, parking, pergola with barbecue and a large garden with a number of flower and herb rock gardens.

Tré is a designer cabin where we focus on detail and comfort. You can relax in the private outdoor panoramic wood-fired sauna. Tré is ready for both cooking and cleaning. Of course there is an espresso machine (coffee included), a bluetooth Bose speaker, or tall American spring beds. Heating by fireplace, underfloor heating in the bathroom. Free parking is available directly under the cottage.

Apartament Szarak

The "Szarak" apartment is located in the center of a picturesque village, at the foot of the Stołowe Mountains. It is an excellent starting point for people who like active recreation. By car or on foot, in just a few minutes, you can find yourself on the trails of the Gór Stołowych National Park, in Polanica Zdrój and Duszniki Zdrój.

It consists of one bedroom with a double bed, another bedroom with two single beds, a living room with a sofa, a fully equipped kitchen and a bathroom. The house is located in the suburbs of Kłodzko - 2.5 km from the old town square.
