This is a recently renovated house with stones and wooden beams made functional and comfortable with the renovation of the systems. The ground floor consists of a large living room, full kitchen, double bedroom, large bathroom with shower, bathtub and washing machine; on the upper floor there is a loft, two double bedrooms and another bathroom with large shower. The location, rich in meadows, woods and vineyards, is ideal for enjoying nature and archaeology, also with guided tours, traditional cuisine accompanied by excellent local wines.

Sardinian house in a nice mountain village!

A nice, charachteristic Italian house situated in a beautiful green mountain village. (600 mamsl) the house is in the old part of the center of Meana Sardo. It is a beautiful location especially for walking and has an especially scenic route. In the nearby surrounding area called Aritzo, where you can go skiing and also in the other nearby village Austis you can avail of the swimming pool facilities, which are open in July and August. To the beaches is about an hour.
