Dogs are very welcome, and sustainable travel is supported with a charging option for electric vehicles.

In our small, quietly located apartment, you can expect stylish furnishings with attention to detail, a philosopher's house on the balcony, as well as an infrared sauna for that extra dose of wellness. Located directly between the Fichtel Mountains and Franconian Forest, not only hiking enthusiasts will get their money's worth. Our beautiful city of Hof also has a lot to offer with extraordinary and popular recreational areas such as the Untreusee and the Theresienstein.

The apartment in organic construction with separate access via outside stairs with lattice. 2 small sleeping rooms, breakfast kitchen and external kitchen for cooking. 10 minutes to the bathing pond with a private skate park. Donkey hikes, nature and gardening, creative workshops and coaching can be booked on site. In the heart of the Fichtel Mountains, a good starting point for hiking and cycling tours.

Cycling and skiing or chilling by the lake!

Our cozy basement apartment is located between the Franconian Forest and the Fichtel Mountains - perfect for all nature lovers and active vacationers. By bike you can reach the local recreation area Untreusee in just 10 minutes, where various outdoor activities are possible. In winter, the region offers numerous skiing opportunities on the nearby Kornberg or Ochsenkopf with various slopes for all levels or the Klinovec ski area, a little further away, but with a variety of slopes.

Living in a Gründerzeit house: Unique, cozy & a bit more beautiful! The modern loft apartment is located in a beautiful Gründerzeit house in the Hof city center. Pedestrian zone and train station are each only a few minutes walk away. The loft has a kitchenette, a queen-size bed, an en-suite bathroom with a free-standing bathtub as well as a floor-level shower. The ceiling spotlights can be adjusted in color to create an individually cozy ambiance for bathing.

Just be! The idyllic village of Vorra gives the impression that time has stood still. Adjacent to the nature reserve is our romantic chalet, which invites you to spend relaxing days together as a couple. With magnificent views, you can look over the Pegnitztal and relax. Relax in the hot tub with waterfall, enjoy the warmth of the Swiss pine infrared chairs or simply feel comfortable on the covered terrace and listen to the rippling of the spring.

We offer you on 3 floors 1 main bathroom, 1 guest bathroom, 2 bedrooms (each with a double bed), 1 gallery with 2 sleeping options, spacious kitchen-living room and the impressive living room with open roof structure (further accommodation on the couch, as well as crib on request). Upon arrival, bed linens and hand and shower towels are available. A washing machine and dryer are also available. The covered terrace and garden invite you to linger.

Completed in 2020 and thus a dream of mine has come true. I personally experienced the trend of less is more - first having to and then seeing it as an opportunity. It has everything you need to live and a lovely garden. The well-being of my guests is my top priority. My testers, a student and a travel friend were all completely satisfied. We offer you a spacious apartment that can also be rented from Monday to Friday only, without it having to be vacated on the weekend. New and very spacious. Our apartment was completed in 2024. It is located at the foot of the Kornberg in the middle of an actively operated farm. It has a separate entrance and two free parking spaces. The city of Selb is about 6.5 km away. It is a 2-room apartment on two floors for 1-5 people. (6 people are possible on request)
