Pure country living.

Rural location but still easily accessible. On the outskirts of the hamlet of Sengach, surrounded by orchards, fields and forests. In summer there is the possibility to sit outside and barbecue. The apartment is in the basement, so it's nice and cool in summer. In winter, it is pleasantly warm due to underfloor heating The property borders a very nice playground. BEST LOCATION: The 2-room apartment is located on the 3rd floor of a newly built house in the middle of Pforzheim city. IT DOESN'T GET ANY MORE CENTRAL: Everything you need is right outside the door. Cafes, restaurants (also with great breakfast), beer garden, supermarkets, pedestrian zone... everything is in the immediate vicinity and within 2 minutes' walk. The CongressCentrum and the theater are also just around the corner. The train station is about 10 minutes' walk away.

Very nice, cozy and stylishly furnished apartment in the new building. The 81 sqm apartment is on the ground floor and has a separate entrance. There is an open living and dining area with kitchen, two bedrooms and a large bathroom. The apartment is located in an idyllic small town with beautiful walking paths, vineyards and Lake Aalkistensee, which can be reached on foot. The bus stop, a train station, bakery and small farm shops are also within walking distance.

Beautiful 2-room apartment with good public transport connections

My apartment is in a wonderful viewpoint about five minutes walk to the train station, shops for everyday needs are nearby. The kitchen is fully equipped, bedroom and bathroom as well. In the living room is an extremely comfortable chair and a matching 2-seater. Also a large TV, WiFi is not provided. For vehicles up to 1.50 m height is even a garage space available.

My stay was great! The place was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. The host was very accommodating and quick to respond to any questions. The location was excellent, close to everything needed. Definitely recommend and would love to come back!

I live in Vancouver Canada, and came to visit my ageing parents, who live in a local care home. The apartment was in the neighbourhood where my parents used to live – it was very convenient for me to stay there. There was no water in the kitchen for three days due to a pipe/tap issue in the building and apartment. One night there was a power out for a short while. Overall, my stay was comfortable because I knew the neighbourhood and the stores to shop very well.

Michael was a great host and even picked us up from the train station and drove us to the construction trailer. On site it was very quiet and idyllic, perfect for a quiet break! Everything you need is on site including a hammock and table tennis table. Our highlight was the shower, which even has warm water!

Great little student apartment atop a high hill. Nice balcony, busy road nearby but he building is quiet. The area has several schools and other apartments nearby so it's nicely away from the downtown hubbub. It was fun to find all the paths and stairs up to the location. Good to see the real Pforzheim.

Our family stayed here for a week and had a lovely time. It’s just like the photos, maybe even nicer. The house was very clean with a nice private parking area, and a door on the room with open stairs, so no problem with the baby climbing. The location is a very sweet little town with a nice bakery. It was easy to find, and close to many sights and activities. We would absolutely stay here again, and would recommend to others.
