"CHEZ GINOU" The house by the lake

Welcome to Ginou's in ''lachanau''. My house is air-conditioned and comfortable. Ideally located near the lake and ocean. Depending on the season: swimming, water sports, walks in the forest, horseback riding, visit to the Médoc castles and also: naps in the sun or half shade, petanque and books available, children's games... what happiness! HOURTIN Bourg Maison T3 completely renovated in 2020, 65 m2 with a 600 m2 enclosed garden close to shops. The house includes a living room, a fully equipped kitchen, 2 separate bedrooms with sheets (maximum 5 people with baby), a bathroom with walk-in shower and a separate toilet. No pets allowed in this non-smoking house. I'll give you the key. 30 euros cleaning fee, for those who don't want to do the cleaning.
