Welcome to Ginou's in ''lachanau''. My house is air-conditioned and comfortable. Ideally located near the lake and ocean. Depending on the season: swimming, water sports, walks in the forest, horseback riding, visit to the Médoc castles and also: naps in the sun or half shade, petanque and books available, children's games... what happiness! The house is fenced (parking for 2 vehicles). There is another accommodation but each has a garden and the private spaces are perfectly independent.

It is located in the heart of the Village of Hourtin on the lake road, in the first row and only 10 minutes from the splendid Océane beach. This Atlantic Coast seaside resort, renowned for surfing, is perfect for family vacations surrounded by nature.

HOURTIN Bourg Maison T3 completely renovated in 2020, 65 m2 with a 600 m2 enclosed garden close to shops. The house includes a living room, a fully equipped kitchen, 2 separate bedrooms with sheets (maximum 5 people with baby), a bathroom with walk-in shower and a separate toilet. No pets allowed in this non-smoking house. I'll give you the key. 30 euros cleaning fee, for those who don't want to do the cleaning.
