The Banyon House 2br 2Ba on Canal + Kayaks

Relax with family and friends at this beautiful property. Enjoy kayaking right from the dock on the property. There is a lovely covered patio where you can enjoy meals cooked in the fully stocked kitchen. There are two bedrooms that are both en-suite. For additional sleeping there is a sleeper sofa in the lounge. We will accommodate Dogs (up to two) but NO CATS... Owner is highly allergic. There is a $75 additional pet fee per stay.

Full home that backs up to a canal that is just minutes from the Homosassa River by kayak. Five Kayaks for your use. Ample parking with garage space for one vehicle. You can bring your boat and park it on our dock. Great fire pit for nights. Large screened in patio with a gen-air bar B que. TVs in all the rooms. Great layout and upscale furniture. We live in this home most of the time and when we are gone we rent the complete home.
