Family-friendly vacation rentals in Homosassa Springs

It was our first trip to Florida for a month. The place was everything it said and more. From the beautiful home, beautiful backyard with pool, hot tub and soaker tub I felt like I was at a spa. The backyard was so private. We had bikes to use and we did take advantage. We rode our bikes to the main square several times. Jennifer was very pleasant and friendly. She responded to my questions/ comments in a very efficient manner. I would recommend the place. Give a 5 star+++

Couldn’t have found a better place to stay. The surroundings were beautiful, on site restaurants fun with good food, ample parking, great location, comfie bed and nice furnishings. Loved coming back to this space. Beach access is to local beaches not from the site, but that was the only disappointment. Communicating with the owner was quick and easy. I hope to come back!

Overall our stay was great! Jeff was very responsive, and left us a lot of recommendations for local restaurants. The house was very clean and the pictures accurately reflected how to house looked. The only downsides were the large bugs that somehow got in the home. There were 3 occasions this happend but they seemed harmless. The net around the pool had a tear in it allowing spiders and lizards inside of the pool area but they stayed around the outside of the pool so we could avoid them.

We really enjoyed our stay here. My young son especially enjoyed the little hot tub! There are tons of games which was awesome. We needed the place very last minute and they were able to accommodate us quickly which was much appreciated. The place was adorable but my only small complaint is that the pictures in the listing are stretched and make it appear much larger than it is. This is very common and not meant to be a complaint, per se. Just something to be aware of. The host was great and we enjoyed our stay! Thanks so much for the last minute hospitality!

Lovely stay with geeat additions to explore. Waking up and enjoying the morning soundscape from the florida room was my favorite.

Stayed at this lakehouse many times over the past few years and it never disappoints. Great house, location, and host! Best place to make awesome memories and enjoy the lake!

Alexandra was easy to communicate with, especially since I had made a change to the reservation. My daughter lives in the complex, and when there is overflow family visiting Tampa, I will definitely book this place again.

Robyn was an absolutely amazing host. She really made as feel at home. She helped with local recommendations. The house is really nice with gorgeous views in a beautiful neighborhood.

Great stay! Close to everything and love the golf cart and pool

We found the house to be very clean and comfortable. It's in a very quiet neighborhood, but easy to get to stores and local attractions. We enjoyed a campfire and time on the screen porch. The access to the neighborhood park and the use of the golf cart and paddle boards added to the value. Overall it was a great spot for a family getaway.

My fiancé and I along with our dogs had a great time staying at Elaine’s place! The house & views were beautiful. We will definitely be back.

We loved the location and being on the horse farm! The apartment was clean, communication was great and if you’re going to a wedding at Andalusian Oaks, it’s very close by.

This was such a peaceful and relaxing week with my mom and daughter. Way overdue for all of us as a perfect location and the pool was an added bonus. We enjoyed the restaurants and the relaxing atmosphere. Mary was a great host. Thanks again and hope to see you again next year

We very much enjoyed staying at Danita’s place and would stay there again. It was nice having a garage to park the car and my wife loved the bathroom and shower.

This was the second time we were at this location. It impressed us just as much as the first time we stayed there. We will return. The house and pool are kept very clean and both are well decorated. You have the feeling you are in one of the better rentals Airbnb offers.

Gorgeous property, my friends and I loved it. They have automatic lights outside that help you find it easily at night and the outdoor cameras are an additonal sense of safety. We were all very impressed with the extras, greeted with a welcome package and plenty of stuff in the kitchen/bedrooms/lanai to make it a home. The beds and sofas are incredibly comforable as well as clean. It was amazing to be able to adjust the temp to our liking being new englanders, definitely our oasis in the summer heat. This place is worth a stay and we will certainly be back!

I had an absolutely fantastic stay at Tradewinds Homosassa on the river during the July 4th weekend! This place exceeded all my expectations in every way. The location is breathtaking, with stunning river views that provided a serene and relaxing backdrop for our holiday. One of the standout features was the docking availability. It was incredibly convenient to have our watercraft right there, ready for spontaneous trips on the water. The friendly people we encountered made the experience even more enjoyable, adding to the warm and welcoming atmosphere of the place. The accommodation itself was perfect for our needs. It was spacious enough to comfortably host our family and friends for dinner. The kitchen was fully stocked with all the necessary amenities, and the grill was a great addition for our outdoor cooking sessions. We had everything we needed to prepare delicious meals and enjoy them together in this picturesque setting. I highly recommend Tradewinds Homosassa.

We throughly enjoyed our stay. The condo was perfect. Pretty scenery from 1st floor. The amenities of the pool, and game room were family friendly. private beach , nature walk were a delight. Will definitely be back.

Loved staying in this home with my family including 2 small children . Unfortunately the pool was too cold to enjoy but the patio/pool area is very clean and beautiful. The home is fully equipped with everything you may need and more ! A lot of towels , self-care items and more ! Spacious and clean ! Highly recommend 5/5 stars! Would definitely stay again when the weather is warmer to enjoy the pool with the kids !

My family and I felt right at home!! The home was very spacious with lots of areas to hang out alone or with each other! Conveniently located for Land O Lakes and Wesley Chapel area. All beds were extremely comfortable. Plenty of towels and linens. Huge kitchen. Loved listening to and watching the birds out back!! Calvin was very quick to respond when we could not get a tv working and was willing to get that issue resolved during our stay. I would definitely stay here again!!!
