The core of the house is a 70 sqm dining/living room with huge windows, long dining table and fireplace. There are two large terraces, from the upper one you have a view far over the lake. The house was deliberately designed for social days in a larger circle. For the children, there are many books, toys, and a play floor.

Located in the middle of the currently most popular district of Leipzig (Plagwitz) and yet absolutely quiet in the courtyard. Everything carefully lovingly renovated with historic details in a former workshop building. Stylish and charmingly decorated, comfortable and spacious, with balcony. The apartment is really very central. The tram is only 150 m away. By tram no. 4 / 7 you can get directly to the center. The bus stop is one block away.
