Located in the middle of the currently most popular district of Leipzig (Plagwitz) and yet absolutely quiet in the courtyard. Everything carefully lovingly renovated with historic details in a former workshop building. Stylish and charmingly decorated, comfortable and spacious, with balcony. A contact person is available at any time. Long-term bookings are also possible, prices by appointment.

The apartment is really very central. The tram is only 150 m away. By tram no. 4 / 7 you can get directly to the center. The bus stop is one block away. Opposite the apartment is a grocery store and a pharmacy. There is also a restaurant across the street where you can eat. We have a 100,000 internet line where you can surf the internet comfortably.
