The Artist's House

Our apartment consists of a living room with a double sofa bed, TV, fully equipped kitchen, bathroom with shower and washing machine, bedroom with double bed, a bunk bed and two wardrobes. The room is equipped with air conditioning and a heated towel rail in the bathroom. The house is on the ground floor with a separate entrance and an equipped outdoor space. Our guests will be provided with linen with a weekly change, an iron and ironing board, a vacuum cleaner and a drying rack for children on request.

Our little place, Il Cubetto, inaugurated with the 2020 season, stands in full Tuscan country and is particularly distinctive because of its absolute exclusivity: only two studio apartments within our 7000 sqm of garden planted with many fruit trees, with great attention to any detail. Our guests, a maximum of two per studio apartment, have the use of a salt-water infinity swimming pool overlooking the valley. Depending on the car they drive, they can park next to the cottage or beside the road.

A strategic base for discovering the treasures of our city and the famous Tuscan art cities. You can enjoy our sea and fresh seafood cuisine. Coffee, tea, herbal teas, milk, and cookies are all offered. The quiet, picturesque neighborhood is a 10-minute drive or a 20-minute bike ride from the city center.

With its 42 mt high, the Salvucci Tower is one of the famous towers of San Gimignano and today the only one turned into a vertically-spread apartment divided into 11 floors, for a total of 143 steps. The house, which was internally renovated in July 2022, is detached with a private, fenced garden, a working area, an internal parking and an 'under the stars' hot tub. Animals are welcome. The ideal location for a relaxing break from the daily routine.
