Welcome to our charming villa with a secluded courtyard, located in Falun's historic mining district. A short, pleasant walk along the Faluån river takes you to the city center. Close to the copper mine, cafes, restaurants and grocery stores. 3 km from Lugnet. Fully equipped home, even with an electric car charger. The villa has some older wallpaper and furniture and is suitable for those who like to stay in a house with character. Cleaning is included, but bed linens/towels can be rented for SEK 150/person. The accommodation is maximized for 2 adults, but there is also room for 2 small children. Kitchenette equipped with stove, fridge, microwave, kettle, coffee maker. TV and Wi-Fi. Towels and bed linen are included. You will also have access to the laundry room located in the main building. We charge a cleaning fee of SEK 200 for bed linen, etc. However, we expect you to do a fine cleaning before you check out.
