Stenhaga, house with lake plot, about 80 meters from our own lake. Large wooden deck with table and seating. Small sandy beach. Floating dock with bathing ladder. The house is close to Smedstugan, our second house we rent out here at Airbnb. Fishing included. Scheduled lax. A fish is included in the rental rental then SEK 130/ lax. Rowboat is included. The kitchen has a folding section, which can be pulled all the way to the side, large opening out to the terrace. Level 1 - kitchen, TV room, bathroom. Level 2 - Living room with open fireplace, balcony, 3 bedrooms. Wifi, apple tv.

In winter, you can ski in Svartbäcksmåla - where you can get in 10 minutes by car. The nearest grocery store is located in Nybro, approx. 7 km. You can easily get to different places in Glasriket by car within 60 minutes, like for example Kosta. Kalmar Castle and also Öland are only 4 miles away. Dogs are welcome.
