Lakeland Lodge, een vakantiehuisje gelegen op het idyllische eiland De Woude. Reeds op de veerpont slaat de onthaasting toe. Het vrijstaand huisje is luxe afgewerkt en voorzien van een badkamer met inloopdouche, keuken met o.a vaatwasser, oven, en koffiezetapparaat. Er is een comfortabele slaapbank op de begane grond. Op de eerste verdieping is een ruime slaapkamer met kingsize boxspring, aangrenzend nog een kleed/slaapkamer met een eenpersoons bed. Terras op het zuiden met weids uitzicht.

Cosy gypsy wagon on a pleasant farm. The beautiful view over the meadows is recommencded for nature lovers and the who seek peace or want to relax The beautiful views and clouds are a feast for the eyes. There are goats and ponies, which the young guests will enjoy. They can cuddle with the rabbits and our cheerful dogs. Furthermore, we have a horse, sheep, chickens, birds and guinea pig. Wagon is well insulated, also suitable for spring and winter. Toilet unit at about 20 meters distance.

A wonderful stay! The cottage by the water is located by various amenities. A nice shopping center. The train station is a 10 min walk, so you are in Amsterdam in 20 minutes and Zaanse Schans in 15 minutes. The Strand, Volendam and Alkmaar are all a short distance away. Breakfast must be taken care of by yourself, but for delicious sandwiches, you can contact the local baker, who is within walking distance. Upon arrival, you will find various drinks in the fridge. In short, a wonderful stay!

It is an unique place with rare kind of birds and beautiful landscape and old farmhouses. You can also walk around the island, it will take you one and a half hour to make this round.

A beautiful boat (Stevenvlet) that you can stay on, even in winter , because the super heater keeps it nice and warm. The boat is located on the Woude, on our jetties at Restaurant 't Kombof. De Woude is an island with 160 inhabitants. You get on the ferry that will take you across the street in minutes and you are immediately on holiday. You can take a lovely stroll on the island. De Woude is central. Within half an hour you can reach Amsterdam, Alkmaar or the beach.

COTTAGE NEAR THE WATER

You will find the cottage on a little island called De Woude. It is a true paradise for birdwatchers, hikers and fishermen but if you want visit Alkmaar, Zaanse schans, Amsterdam ore you want to go to the beach you will be there in ca. 35 minutes by car. With a ferry you get to the island. The ferry goes back and forth all day until 23:00. Cars are allowed. their is a private parking place near the cottage.
