Sleeping on the water on the Moana

Welcome aboard! From July 2023, the Moana will be available for rent. A cozy 9.5 meter boat on the Alkmaardermeer. Here you can enjoy the tranquility, the beautiful view and the setting sun, after which you will be lulled to sleep and hear the water babbling in the background. PLEASE NOTE: the boat is located on an island which can only be reached by a manually operated ferry. It sails between sunrise and sunset. After this time, you can no longer get on or off the island.

Lakeland Lodge, a vacation home located on the idyllic island of De Woude. The relaxation begins on the ferry. The freestanding cottage is luxuriously finished and has a bathroom with walk-in shower, kitchen with dishwasher, oven, and coffee machine. There is a comfortable sofa bed on the ground floor. COTTAGE NEAR THE WATER

You will find the cottage on a little island called De Woude. It is a true paradise for birdwatchers, hikers and fishermen but if you want visit Alkmaar, Zaanse schans, Amsterdam ore you want to go to the beach you will be there in ca. 35 minutes by car. With a ferry you get to the island. The ferry goes back and forth all day until 23:00. Cars are allowed. their is a private parking place near the cottage.
