Perfect summertime 1 Bed at Peak 7

Crystal Peak Lodge 1 bedroom 2 bathroom Condo on Peak 7 is one of Breckenridge's nicest and newest ski-in/ski-out residences. Access to the gondola and Independence super chair lift are just outside the door. Hop on the gondola and you are one quick stop from the base of peak 8 or take a short gondola ride in to town to shop or dine. Pool and Bowling Alley etc. are located at One Ski Hill Lodge. Spacious 1 bedrooms, and 2 bathroom allowing guests plenty of room to spread out. Washer/dryer

You are just across the street from the Peak 9 Quicksilver Lift and Ski School at the Village and steps away from the shops & restaurants on Main St. The condo is located above Mi Casa Restaurant (best happy hour in town) and bike/ski rental shops. The building is older, but it has great amenities including one garage parking space, shared hot tub, and a private balcony. *After 4/1/2025 the fireplace will be closed and not available for use*
