Casa del Capitano | Monte Grosso, Elba

The Casa del Capitano is located on the top of Monte Grosso in the National park of the tuscan archipelago. The location is unique on the island and from here you have a fantastic view of the city of Portoferraio, Piombino, Corsica, Capraia and Gorgona. The house was restored during a project lasting several years, in close collaboration with the National Park and was designed to be self-sufficient and ecological. Here you use purely the energy of the sun, without having to renounce luxury.

Unique panorama with stunning postcard views, ​overlooking vineyards, olive groves and the ocean in the distance. Secure Bike Storage for Cyclists in Suvereto's Historic Center For a small fee of €10 per day, you can safely store your bike and enjoy your ride without worrying about your vehicle's security.

The house in the Castle and the secret garden

Our beloved garden house is situated in the heart of Suvereto just a 5 minute walk from the main car park, free of charge. It consists of 1 private entrance, living room with sofa bed and TV (with Netflix) and access to the main bathroom with a large shower, 1 romantic double room with private bathroom, 1 smaller room with bunk bed - ideal for children. A terracotta staircase connects the living room with the kitchen and with the garden with veranda and outdoor shower.

Peggy's House

The house has an internal surface of 100 square meters plus terraces and it is located a few meters from the beach (around 50m). It has an internal private parking for 2 cars accessible through an automatic gate 260cm wide, a non-negligible feature considering the fact that, in the summertime, it is difficult to find a parking spot. The distance from Corso Italia/Via Vittorio Emanuele II (the street of shops, ice cream parlors, bars ...) is about 600 meters away.

Beautiful penthouse in the center of San Vincenzo, a short walk from the port and the main street of the city. It has a large terrace of over 130 m^2 above which you can sunbathe and have wonderful aperitifs at sunset. The house has: a double bedroom, a spacious bathroom with a travertine masonry shower and a living room with a kitchenette and 2 sofa beds for an additional 3 guests. The grill outside the house is no longer on the terrace.

There are some beaches nearby, and the train station is a 10-minute walk. The beautiful beaches of the Coast are within easy driving distance.

This lovely Studio-apartment is on the 1st floor with one bedroom, a mini-kitchen and a large fashionable bathroom. The apartment has a separate entrance from the common garden. It's ideal for 2 people for a holiday in the picturesque coast of Tuscany. Situated in quiet place with one great aprox. 3x5 m pool and fenced mediterranean garden. It's near free beaches of Park Rimigliano.
