Work can go on weekdays between 8-17 Licence number VT-491946-A Check In: 3 pm Check out 11 am The house you will find in the heart of Altea's Old Quarter, Casco antiguo. The house has a magnificent sea view over the turquoise Mediterranean from our private terrace where you can enjoy a luxurious breakfast or romantic dinner. The house is an oasis where you can recover from a stressful everyday life despite being centrally located in the neighborhood.

Charming apartment with the perfect location of Altea, on the fifth floor where you fall asleep listening to the waves. Fantastic terrace, two bedrooms...l The beach two steps from home. It is very comfortable, renovated and with high speed WIFI 600Mb. Free parkings on train station. Every year we do maintenance and continuous improvement, renewing or buying new equipment for the home. J We have details with guests such as coffee, water and local fruits, oranges in November and Nísperos in May.

Located in the town center and less than 200m from the brand new beach and Altea’s beautiful promenade. It is very close to the Health Center, Local Police, Town Hall, TRAM station (Denia-Alicante), bus stop (Alfaz and Benidorm), supermarkets (MERCADONA, MAS Y MAS) and small local businesses in the most commercial street of Altea. Access to the Old Town of Altea is a 15 min walk.

Casa Ilusión: calm and light in the heart of Altea

I am a coquettish house in the old town of Altea. On a quiet street 200m from the beach and 400m from the church square and its blue domes. My host has pampered all the details, a dream kitchen, a spacious living room and its adorable reading nook. Two adjoining rooms (no privacy between them) with double beds, open closets and a very Mediterranean decor. The huge bathroom offers the necessary space to recover after a long day at the beach. I look forward to seeing you!

The cottage (built between 1910- 1920) is one of the few traditional Mediterranean style buildings in the area that has been preserved and has not been demolished in order to build apartment blocks. It is located in the old town of Altea, in front of a spectacular viewpoint that can be seen from the suite. It has a refrigerator, toaster, microwave, coffee maker, portable induction hob and kitchenware. Being a suite does not have a full kitchen.
