Svømmebassenget er ca 100 m fra døra og du kan våkne opp til synet av Middelhavet fra soverommene hver dag. 1 klasses og rolig nabolag i et lukket område. Privat parkering. Litt støy fra vei høres på veranda, men dette har ikke plaget noen så langt. Bil anbefales.

Cozy and sunny duplex located just 300 meters from San Juan Beach, with a year-round communal pool, where you will enjoy a quiet and pleasant setting. It has WIFI 500mb, A/C and heating, dishwasher, coffee maker, work desk, Smart TV 4k, among other amenities, as well as all the necessary amenities less than 5 minutes walk (supermarkets, restaurants, pharmacies and green areas). Maximum 4 adults + 1 child are accepted in the sofa/bed.

We got this lovely house in the old town because we fell in love with the fantastic views and we are happy to share it with you. It is perfectly located, short distance to the beach, in the pedestrian area, next to Santa Barbara castle and just a step away from the famous restaurant La Ereta. In order to reach the house, there are many steps to climb, but once you get there, the sea and the old town view will take your breath away.
