This place has an excellent location. Old Town Center, a minute's walk from the Plaza of the famous Church of Altea. Located on a quiet street at the highest point in Altea, it has incredible views, almost 360 degrees, with no neighbors next door. The house has everything you need, including everything for the beach. House cleaning done only with organic products! Child-friendly house! Pets are allowed as long as they don't climb on the furniture!!! We wish you an unforgettable vacation!

How lucky I was to stay in the house of Gracia. What an amazing place!, Gracia gave all the clear instructions in advance, and tips for nearby. Really very clear. I can't say otherwise that this place has won my heart. The location is amazing and excellent!. You can walk from the apartment to the quiet beach with a great view. From the balcony, the view is also wonderful. The house had exactly the atmosphere I love so much. Light, neat and clean and the total beach feeling. The connection with the sea is unmistakable and very tangible. What a lovely house with all the necessities you need. I fell in love with the house, the location and the beauty that Altea and its surroundings have to offer. Thank you Gracia for experiencing the tranquility and all the beauty! Top of the world; at least in Altea! Fantastic location, steps from the church, great resteraunts, cute shops etc. We loved being just around the corner from everything…all the advantages of being close plus you step around the corner and you are staying on a quiet/safe side street. Don’t hesitate…this is a great property in a great location, with a great host!
