Direct access to the Ski Amadé ski area in winter. In summer, you'll find sports and leisure facilities in our garden or many excursion destinations can be reached by car in a short time. We don't offer any fancy bells and whistles, just a place with uncomplicated atmsphere to recharge and enjoy the simple life.

For your own use, we offer our approximately 200-year-old, completely renovated hut. This is where Alpine coziness meets modernity. Whether summer or winter, this stylish cottage offers the perfect accommodation for four people on around 50 square meters. It is located on a sunny slope. This rustic retreat is located near the Mölltaler glacier cable car and many destinations for hiking, climbing, skiing/hiking, canoeing and much more. The new and modern luxury chalet DasKoeniglich for twelve people blends harmoniously into the alpine landscape. Five exclusive bedrooms, each with en suite bathrooms, offer optimal privacy for enjoying your vacation. The communal living area features a modern high-end kitchen and a four-meter solid wood dining table, where you can gather, eat, drink, chat, and enjoy your time together. HIGHLIGHT: Hochkönig Card (includes free mountain lifts and hiking buses during the summer season).

Apartment "Hoamatgfühl"

Our apartment is built in 2016 and we loved it to design the rooms, the equipment and the decoration. It´s based on the ground floor of our house and has an seperate entrance, an extra room for skies/hiking shoes, an extra entrance and a directly conecting to the terasse and the garden. The appartement is fully equipped and the overview to the beautiful mountains around you can enjoy sitting on the couch :) Just try and test the "homy" feeling in our house...

The apartment consists of an anteroom, bathroom and separate toilet. 2 bedrooms in the apartment and a pull-out sofa in the living room. The kitchen is fully equipped (microwave, fridge, dishwasher, oven, stove, coffee maker and kettle.) Towels and linen provided. Terrace and balcony overlooking the Salzachtal, located directly on the ski slope of Sportwelt Amade. Quiet location at 1000 m above sea level overlooking Hochkönig and Heukareck.

Make some memories at this unique and family-friendly place. The wonderful tranquility and the beautiful view of the Grossarl mountain and natural landscape is ideal for relaxing and recharging. In winter, Grossarl has a state-of-the-art ski resort with beautiful downhill runs and deep snow slopes. Since our house is located on a hill at 2.5 km mountain road snow chains are recommended in winter.

A charming cottage in a Troadkasten look with modern amenities in Alpine style overlooking a beautiful orchard is at your disposal. The 100% wooden house offers every luxury despite minimalist space. The house is in a good location in the top skiing and hiking area of St. Johann im Pongau/Alpine village. The crackling of the wood-burning stove and the processing of old wood offers an alpine feeling.
