Welcome to my urban and very different downtown apartment. The apartment has been used as a viewing apartment for a number of residential magazines, and was presented in good morning Norway in light of sustainable renovation. No one lives in the apartment. Started with a rental on Airbnb in October 2024. The apartment can, among other things, offer generous ceilings and unique material choices. Stylish and unique build up. Good vibe. 1-5 min walk to hospital, college and city center. Peaceful and very central location.

This special place is close to everything, making it easy to plan your visit Large private terrace and quay. Here you can lie in the hammock and watch boating and sunsets Is nice and child friendly beach 1 min walk from the house. Lives out the entire lake house 2 floors +loft with small balcony. Do not want festivities, but a glass of wine on the edge of the jetty is of course allowed. 1 min drive to the city center. You can hire a canoe and Supbrett, or you can bring it yourself. Modern townhouse with sunny terrace and parking in garage (with Zaptech charger). Nice and green enviroment, close to sea. 1st floor: Hall, kitchen, living room, terrace facing southwest, washing room with toilet. 2nd floor: 3 bedrooms, bathroom. Fully equipped kitchen. The place suits perfect for two couples, or a family. We have kids at age 0 and 3, and there are toys avaliable to be used. 5 minutes walk to beach, 20 minutes walk to city center. 5 minutes bus trip to city center.

Trodla-Tysdal has been a tourist destination for hikers since 1892. Tourists have to walk for appox. 3 hours (7 km) from Kleivaland parking place. There is no driving road to Trodla-Tysdal. Trodla-Tysdal means the valley of the Norwegian Trolls due the wilderness and dramatic nature. In 1996 Reidunn and Kjell built a tourist cabin for hikers. In 1998 in addition a small private cabin. In 2017 this small cabin was renewed and now it is possible to book this small cabin for you.

The micro cabin was finished in August 2023. It's 17.6 square. In the living room there is 5 seats and a chest table with storage. The couch can be turned out to a double bed. The accommodation is in the loft. There you are under a skylight and can admire the starry sky and the sea view if the weather plays. Kitchen is equipped with a refrigerator, hot plates, microwave and necessary kitchen equipment. The bathroom has a water toilet, a sink w/mirror cabinet and shower.
