Great spot for a weekend escape! George & Martha were wonderful hosts, always proactive with communication and made the stay smooth and enjoyable. The place is cozy and comfortable. One thing to note is that the WiFi speed is a bit on the slower side, so if you need fast internet, just keep that in mind. Otherwise, highly recommended!

We loved our stay! Beautiful apartment that was comfortable and so well equipped with the bonus of a secure car park. Great location just across from the beach which had the most incredible sunsets! Close to everything we wanted to do in the Mornington Peninsula. Simon was very helpful with his instructions and left us such a warm welcome! Thank you Simon!

Janette’s beautiful beach front property was fresh, clean and had the most amazing view of the beach and sunset! We had no trouble finding the house and getting in with wary and quick communication with our host and had all the necessary amenities for our 3 night trip. This property is very well designed and was a perfect retreat for my partner and I’s anniversary. The bed was super comfy and bathroom was a great size! We also loved the covered outdoor seating and overall style of the property. We recommend this property to all parties of two!

My partner Bree and I loved staying at Kristy’s place. It was beautiful, clean and homey and Kristy was a great host! It has all the luxe features; great bed, nice towels, bidet/heated toilet seat, fire place etc; the rotating tv was a real standout too! A great place to work from and relax. Will definitely stay again!

This place was a fantastic find—beautiful, spotless, and a pleasure to stay in. After a long bike ride, it felt truly luxurious to settle in and unwind. The host was responsive and made everything easy. Watching the sunrise from the balcony over the water was a real highlight. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this place to others, and I’d gladly stay again.

Beautiful farm house , close to Melbourne . Excellent location to explore the Peninsula . Good communication with the host . Great for family with children. they have nice fire pit area that is not in use, and with a little maintenance would add even more fun for kids and for colder months. We enjoyed our weekend away .Thanks !

We stayed for one night as a group of 6. The house was clean and spacious, and Lauren was very helpful. We wished that we could have stayed longer to enjoy the house (particularly the lovely view from the deck) and we would definitely stay here again!

Amazing location, better home! Host was informative from the get go. This house was walking distance from everything you needed. With the double garage and ample of space, this was the beach we needed! I would look to stay again next time I’m visiting for sure.

What a beautiful treetop haven! We had a wonderful 4 night stay with our 2 year old and newborn. The kitchen was awesome as we did do quite abit of cooking and all the various spaces to hang out were most welcome - the outdoor trampoline was such a great surprise! The bathrooms aren't amazing but they do the job and the WiFi didn't work but we used out phone hotspots to connect to NetFlix etc. Super close to Alba, golf courses and the bay/beach. Thank you for a great getaway as a family of four!

Organised a weekend away with my girlfriends and this place was perfect. The house is beautiful and it had everything that we needed. Its very peaceful and the views provide the perfect sunrise and sunset. The pickleball court added the perfect touch for some Saturday afternoon entertainment. Sephora was great from the get go and always responded straight away to any question i had.

This place was stunning! Perfect space for our girls trip, had two bathrooms which was perfect for us. Marc was very open with communication if we had concerns and gave very clear instructions about the place, check in and out. We loved the access to streaming services for nights and how easy it was. Beautiful place and amazing recommendations from host. Would definitely recommend!

We love staying at Josh's apartment. It is outside of the busy area of Phillip Island, spacious , comfortable and close to the beach.

Lovely spot in Seaford. Back of the building complex so very quiet and peaceful. No noise from other residents. Easy walk to the shops of Seaford, either along the beach or along the creek. We did have issues with access through the front door which Sid tried to help with. We ended up just using the key to the back door for coming and going. Great space for a couple, 2 couples or a small family. Maybe a carton of milk for guests would be a nice touch of welcome.
