House vacation rentals in Rye

A beautiful home that had something that appealed to everyone whether it was a heated pool to swim in at the end of May, the indoor and outdoor fireplaces, beautiful inferior design details or the great selection of games and toys for the kids. We can't wait to come back.

We spent a long weekend at Jennie’s house and would highly recommend. It rained the entire weekend so we weren’t able to make use of the top north facing deck or the lower pool deck but we lit the fire, settled in and had such a relaxing time. There is a really good coffee machine which meant we didn’t even have to venture out for coffee! We loved it on a wet winter weekend so I can only imagine how great it would be on a warm sunny weekend.

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful Airbnb! The place is cosy, homey, and perfect for a relaxing getaway. The pool was a great bonus, and the peaceful surroundings made it even more special. Communication was clear and easy—our host was friendly, responsive, and made everything smooth from start to finish. We really enjoyed our time here and would happily come back. Highly recommended!

This property is the best holiday house I have ever been into in Australia. Top notched, meticulous design, warm and high end house.

We loved our stay in this beautiful home. Every room is so tastefully decorated with everything you need, the kitchen is amazing and cinema and pool were a hit with the kids. Tim was an awesome host who was very understanding when we had an accident. He also posted our son’s teddy that we left behind. Definitely recommend this beautiful listing!

Awesome place for my family to stay. Booked for my wife’s 60th birthday, to have the two of us, our 3 kids, their partners, 4 grandkids and one dog in one amazing property was absolutely wonderful. We had a lovely stay at this property. The house was clean, well-maintained, and had everything we needed for a comfortable holiday. It’s in a great location—quiet, yet close to everything. We would happily stay here again and highly recommend it to others.

If you’re looking for a house to relax and unwind, this could be the one for you! The house was warm and homily, and delivered some amazing sunrises / sunset views, all whilst relaxing in the spacious upstairs lounge. The house was clean throughout, and large enough to accommodate our group of friends. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend. Peggy is a great host, super responsive and even provided some complimentary wine to welcome us. Cheers to that!

Kate’s cottage was absolutely and exactly what my girlfriends and I were looking for, for a little weekend getaway. It was even better than we expected, with its cosy charm, warm and inviting feel and had everything we needed and more. Had a wonderful stay. The house was tidy with an open, yet cosy layout. The jacuzzi and sauna were an added bonus with clear instructions given on how to use.

Amazing views of the bay and close enough to cafes and shops but keeps a sense of privacy and relaxed homely feel. Easy drive to all the Mornington Peninsula has to offer..The ambience was beautiful, and Samantha’s communication throughout made everything smooth and enjoyable. We’d absolutely stay again if we’re ever back in the area!

Pippa went above and beyond to make sure we felt at home. We loved that she provided a free bottle of wine, Tim Tams and lux amenities. The place itself was cosy and clean and a great location. Can’t wait to come back!

We had an amazing stay with 4 kids and 4 adults. The backyard was beautifully landscaped and provided hours of entertainment for our kids. The location provided easy access to surrounds.

Our family loved this coastal cottage in Rye and it was just perfect for the long weekend. It was incredibly well furnished and stocked with everything we needed. The quiet location was great to easily get to the hot springs, beach walks, rock pools and pop across to Rye front beach for restaurants and shops when needed. We've stayed at a lot of Airbnbs and without a doubt, this one is definitely in our top 3 :) Thank you Victoria

We stayed as a family of two adults and two young children, and thoroughly enjoyed our time at Amanda’s place. The accommodation was exceptionally comfortable, and our children were reluctant to leave—it truly felt like a home away from home. The property was immaculately clean and thoughtfully equipped with all the essentials. The beds were very comfortable, ensuring restful nights for everyone. The room with the bunk bed was a particular highlight for the children—it served almost like a playroom, complete with toys and books that kept them happily engaged. The check-in and check-out instructions were clear, and the house manual was easy to follow. Amanda was also very accommodating and flexible with the check-in and check-out timings, which was greatly appreciated and made our stay even more convenient. A car is essential for getting around. Families may wish to explore attractions such as local vineyards, Moonlit Sanctuary (en route to CBD), Big Goose, Dinosaur World etc.

We had a great stay in the downstairs listing of Maxine's home. Everything was as described and we were welcomed with the heating on as it was a very cold day on the peninsula. The Tesla charging was very useful and garage parking.
