The house is a gem compared to the buildings nearby, something special. We felt very comfortable and the hostess is very pleasant. Thank you for letting us spend our vacation there.

Our stay with Dean and his family was really exceptional. Such a good place with such lovely hosts is rare. We were 11 people in the accommodation and due to the division into different apartments everyone had their retreat. Priceless is the great, fully equipped outdoor kitchen with dining area and the relaxation corner with Hollywood swing. The pool is a welcome refreshment for children and adults. But the best were Dean and Elide and their family, who made the stay unforgettable. The children got a cool drink right on arrival. The pizza oven was heated to bake pizza together. We got vegetables from the garden and Elide took very good care of the children. The whole garden is great for playing and above all the turtles have captivated us. Dean also had tips for excursions and restaurants, of course. We would love to come back! Thank you

The stay was beautiful. We were warmly greeted and even received a homemade cake and beautifully arranged sausage and cheese platters for dinner. Denis and her husband were always available and answered any questions or requests we had immediately. The accommodation had everything we needed and more. We have rarely met such warm hosts. We will be happy to come back and can only recommend it from the heart.

We had an amazing stay at this very beautiful villa and would recommend it to anyone who wants a soothing experience in the middle of breathtaking nature, but still only a 30-40 min drive to most destinations in Istria. What was not mentioned was that all bedrooms had en suite bathrooms, which was very convenient! :)

The place was a dream - everything was GREAT. Summary of the positive points: - 3 bedrooms with 3 bathrooms - 4 toilets - Washing machine - A fly screen on every relevant window - Air conditioning in every room - Very large property - Very nice pool - Communication with host very good - Quiet and full of privacy - Good equipment in the kitchen (oven, stove, fridge, coffee maker (filter), sandwich maker, dishes, dishwasher - Good amenities at the pool (sun loungers/umbrellas) - Good amenities at the grill Suggestions for improvement: - You definitely need a car, the place is in the middle of nowhere / in the woods - No restaurants / bakeries / shopping nearby - I really can't think of anything else. All in all, a great house. We were very satisfied.

We booked the great accommodation with Vladimir for 10 days with 6 adults, 3 children and a dog. The house is fantastic. The garden is huge (not fenced) and in addition to soccer goals, table tennis, huge trampoline and co. it is beautifully landscaped. The heated pool was very usable even in April. The children and the dog were able to romp around outside. There is a huge amount of toys. The house is also equipped with everything you could possibly need. The rooms are spacious and stylishly furnished. You can get to all the great places in Istria very quickly and still be a little away from the hustle and bustle. We were most impressed by the quick response and support from Vladimir and Valdi. For small problems (pool heating, heating in general) or other questions, both provide immediate support. Vladimir gave us many wonderful tips on what to do in the area. Such courteous communication from the host is rare!

This was one of the most beautiful places I’ve ever stayed for an Airbnb. Maja and her brother Ivan were very helpful over text and getting us anything we needed throughout the stay. The road to get to the house is a bit in the middle of nowhere, but when you arrive, you’ll be STUNNED at how precious this spot is. It’s about 25 minutes to all the major Istrian town- Pula, Rovinj, Poreč, (we decided to go a little further to Rijeka to see the epic castle one day. Worth the 1.5hr drive). If you don’t have a car, it could be harder to get around since it’s a bit remote. But there is a small train station right outside the neighborhood that takes you to the bigger towns. We called this place our home away from home. So cute and cozy and the bed was very comfy. I hope you enjoy this place as much as we did!
